Absolutely unacceptable experience.
When I arrived, there was no one at the reception for over 30 minutes. No sign, no explanation, no apology. After a long trip, being left waiting like that already showed how little they care about guests.
When someone finally showed up, the problems continued. I had booked and paid for a room with a queen bed, but I was given a room with two twin beds instead. When I complained, I was told they don’t even have queen bed rooms available. No effort to fix it, no alternative, no compensation.
The attitude was terrible — cold, careless, and disrespectful. Once they take your money, they simply don’t care. Selling one thing online and delivering something completely different is cheating, and it honestly feels like fraud and stealing people’s money.
I worked hard for the money I paid, and staying here felt like a complete waste. No professionalism, no honesty, no customer service.
I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay away from this place. Save your money and your time.
