First of all , the place is not easy to find , theee is no number “70” on the building , do even a taxi driver could not find. Be ready to walk with a luggage for a search the correct building . Locating is ok , near is Times Square , walking area is pretty crowd. The hotel rooms are to close to each others so the noise can be hear very very clear ! AC is old and not working properly . Well I’m not gonna stay anymore . For the price over 500 HKD per night ! the conditions could be much better I think ‘

For Hong Kong if you're trying to keep it on a low budget but still have a private room then its a good spot. Lots of conveniences including restaurants close by. MTR is close by. Buses/trams are close by.

This is a great place to stay. The price is reasonable, the location is convenient, and the owners are friendly and provide excellent service. Highly recommended 👍🏻

The place in Causeway Bay offers decent value for money. It might be more comfortable for one person per room. The window AC unit provides great cooling, though there's some audio vibration. The owner is very welcoming and provided a British-style power adapter.

Always love to stay here and very clean and quite. Near shopping area and sight seeing.

After a long day of traveling, checking into this hotel was truly a treat. The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and the mattress was just the right firmness, allowing me to relax almost instantly. The front desk staff were kind and efficient with the check-in process. The surrounding transportation was convenient, and it was very quiet at night. It perfectly eased my travel fatigue. Definitely deserves a five-star rating.

Great location, easy to find once you know it is inside the Phoenix Building. Place is very clean, staff members are friendly and available in person and online. The rooms are clean, the shower is clean although a bit small but it is what HK offers for this budget and I have been in HK plenty of times. Price is ok, although a bit more expensive than others in the same building for more m².

Hey what you pay for otherwise vows ok friendly staff near all transport and Times Square.

Great location, just a 5-minute walk to Times Square. The room was clean, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended!

I understand that the room has to be really small in HK… see photo attached. That was fine. However the problem with subdividing a place like this is you have to use good soundproofing!!! It was soooo bad that when the receptionist 10 feet away said “hello” I could hear it through a closed door and my ear plugs! It was soooo bad that I actually had to sleep elsewhere with a friend the second night of my trip…. Less of a concern for me: the air conditioning was a bit broken… it was very strong and I tried to turn it down but it still blasted air. Yet when I turned it off the room was very damp and moist and it felt harder to breathe.

The rooms were extremely small. The beds were also very small.

The soundproofing in the room was terrible, and the space was even smaller than expected. The air conditioning was incredibly loud all night, making it impossible to sleep.

Location is good. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable matress. Friendly staff!

Excellent service from the entire staff. They were attentive and polite throughout our stay. Check-in was fast with no waiting time. The hotel offers easy access to public transportation, and the surrounding area is safe and vibrant.
