Last time the room was good and cleaned. This time it is disappointing. I have taken these two shots right when I get into the room. I expected the room to be cleaned with fresh sheets, but this is what I saw, the blanket folded, sheets all wrinkled, it looked like someone had already slept there without changing the sheets. Also, the glass door in the shower was just filthy. I hope those in charge can sort out these issues.

Place is very convenient. Walking distance to train and bus station. Also very near to Jollibee 😍. Room is simple with basic necessities. I suggest to put a mini fridge and it will be perfect. Will stay here again if we come back to HK.

The place was good a bit small but comfy. The location was great, very accessible to MTR and other transportation.

Traveling to Hong Kong, the room was very clean. The front desk lady was super nice and enthusiastic. She helped us store our luggage. I would choose to stay here again next time.

Stay away! I've never been in such a terrible place. The sheets were so dirty they were yellow, and the entire room smelled awful. The air conditioning didn't work. The mattress was so hard it felt like I was lying on the floor. The room was so small you couldn't even open your suitcase in the room,customers were leaving their luggage in the hallway. The doors wouldn't close because the lock was broken. The elevator and hallways were so small and narrow it was difficult to get past each other or fit more than two people in the elevator. I don't even want to think about what would have happened if a fire broke out; there were no escape routes. We arrived in the middle of the night and didn't sleep a wink. Even though we had a three-day reservation, we checked out to another hotel the next morning. The surrounding area wasn't exactly impressive either.

Great location, right next to the subway entrance. The room even had a power adapter, which was a nice touch. Excellent value for money!

This is definitely my top choice for a short stay. The price is right, and the location is incredibly convenient. Everything you need for eating, drinking, entertainment, and subway access is nearby. Plus, the front desk staff are really friendly and helpful.

Great value for money, and the location is excellent and very convenient. The service attitude is also very good.

The hotel is clean when we arrived. The location is along Nathan Rd. which is good for first time traveler to HK. Riding from A/N21 alight in Bank Centre, MK and there it is. One less hassle to Navigate, near MTR too, ladies market, sneakers street, Langham place, GU MK, Dondonki, DS Groceries, best mart 360,Lungfung and other shopping stores. Admin was actively communicating via email when you reached out prior your check-in, no daily towel change, no daily garbage collection, the room and decent but of course you have to manage during your stay. Overall, this is a good transient for a HK stay.

The hotel environment was very poor. It was inconvenient to get in and out, and there were no staff members present, which made me feel unsafe and very uncomfortable.

Not for special moments. Hotel for just sleeping. Good location near jollibee and night markets

Close to MTR, easy to find. For Hongkong this is basic standard for traveller

Quite comfortable, I'll definitely stay here again next time.
