The lighting outside the room was quite harsh and uncomfortable to look at. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly, but I still respect them as they are older members of the staff. Overall, if you’re simply looking for a basic place to get some rest for one night, it’s acceptable and gets the job done.

Great location with multiple bus stops and subway options nearby. For Hong Kong standards, the room size is practical with plenty of storage space.

Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Surrounded by industrial office buildings, so most shops are closed at night. Facilities: Quite basic; the double room didn't even have a chair. Service: The front desk staff had a good attitude.

Shower and shower gel/shampoo are quite weak. Got toothbrush and toothpaste. Decently clean. Rather weak thin walls/doors, can hear noises outside. Okay location for its price. Not much places to eat nearby, nearest convenience store is like 5-10min walk away.

Bath room don’t hv floor mat, no tissue  paper,  damage bath towel has two broken holes , no smiling faces at front desk  in lobby. Environment not that good.

I arrived late evening greeted by 3 staff as i walked in awaiting my arrival.. lent me travel plus advised me how to get to the cruise ship terminal from the hotel .room.immaculate easy lft to the floor, 24 hr access door, close to shops Taxis right outside, bed comfy shower good water power and hot .tea coffee iand good sized TV. Woukd stay there again if i was going on a cruise 5 mins by taxi or 25 min walk over a bridge long walk to end to get to the terminal .
