Its small place but the place is easy to find its clean though

Beds are good but lack of amenities, wardrobe and body wash is something that is completely unacceptable. Also the hotel canceled the booking two days before the holidays so C- trip customer support had to rebook the room with me again. The location is only good thing.

Beautiful and comfortable room in the back of the 10th floor area -- two beds, with many pillows and blankets, and lovely feel to the room. Overall, wonderful place with super nice staff. Of course, would always return here!

NOT GOOD Service: Was the staff unfriendly, unhelpful, or slow? Cleanliness: Was the room dirty, with stained sheets, hair in the bathroom, or old trash? Facilities: Was something broken (A/C, TV, plumbing)? Was the pool/gym closed? Was the furniture old or worn out? Room: Was it too noisy, too small, or did it smell bad? Location: Was it in an unsafe or inconvenient area? Bed Comfort: Was the bed too hard, or were the pillows uncomfortable? Value: Was it much more expensive than it should have been for the quality?

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and easy to get around. The owner of the hotel is good and very friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again.

The staff is very sweet and welcoming. He was ready to store my luggage for free. The location is also very close to the TST station. However, the room is very small and the only issue which is a major one was beg bugs. I got bitten all over my leg. After the first night I raised this issue with the caretaker but he was like never had this issue before. I asked him if he can change my room but he said it’s super busy so he can’t so unfortunately i had to continue staying there as no other hotel was available. He said he will clean the room but I dont think that helped either as I was bitten more the next day. I did raise the issue with Trip.com but they couldn’t do much either apart from offering me a $10 refund.

Owner Mr. Farouk offered great care and service and room compact with a private bathroom but cleanliness, aircon, hot water, WiFi was superb and I was extremely happy to stay there and will consider future stays at his Guest house

I was having a flight delay then so i can't contact the hotel owner bcs i am a foreigner. Just this morning i arrived in HK and went to hotel around 7.30am. I did sent email to owner just for informing him that we were late to check in due to flight delay bcs typhoon, and asked him to allow us check-in only for 3 hours left before 11AM (check out). However, he rejected it without considering our reasons and not trying to response us. Moreover, the email sent was supposed to asked him about the availability of short-time check in abouf 3-4 hours just like the other hotel can provides. If yes, we want to know the rate and might to pay as long as we can get the room. However.. he just run away without email us back and communicate forward. And, he said the payment was non refundable. Not about the money, but the hospitality and service he gave. Also, im not recommend this hotel because of the location and the cleanliness although its pricey. Many Other place with lower price, can provides such a good service and environment. Really not recommend this place. Hoping u reflecting your service to customer or might not get longterm sustainable business on hospitality industry.

Never go here! The room was very awful and full of ants. They were even on the bed. And the place smelled like sh*t. We had to leave and book another place. Spend a little more and get yourself a decent place. You’ll regret visiting this sh*thole.

We reach in the reception around 1:00 AM but no one was there to attend. Also we call them and then they come and ask to pay 95$ more even we do the full payment online. Very rude behaviour with us. I will highly not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very poor service and bad behaviour

Very clean room comfortable

Great location, right next to the subway. Room according to the pictures, but own toilet only in some of the rooms. The building's only elevator is slow and overloaded.

All is good , all for something.
