Very good, the transportation is convenient, and the service attitude is excellent. Highly recommended.

The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, proactively offering personalized service. They were very kind and helped us resolve all sorts of issues, providing useful tips on Hong Kong's food, transportation, and shopping.

I genuinely recommend everyone visiting Hong Kong to stay here. This place made both me and my child feel right at home. The grandpa (host) was incredibly thoughtful and really understood mainlanders. When we arrived, he pulled out his handwritten notebook and meticulously explained everything – what to eat, where to go, what to look out for, where the water and fridge were, and even how to open and close the door. We were truly touched by his detailed guidance. Also, there was a typhoon warning during our stay, and he reminded us when it was best to leave. We could even store our luggage for free! It's hard to find such a meticulous and warm host even back home. Grandpa was truly the most comforting part of our trip to Hong Kong!

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed at this hotel. While the rooms are small and some facilities are a bit old, it's still quite good for the price. Plus, it's super convenient with shopping, dining, and walking areas right downstairs! 👍

I stayed here for 2 nights and would recommend it. It’s very conveniently located — about 50-60 minutes to reach by bus (A21) from HK International Airport. The bus stop is around the corner from the entrance. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the Harbour, Avenue of Stars, etc., and a 30 minute walk to West Kowloon Station, to give an idea. There’s a 7-11 just outside the entrance, an HSBC with ATMs across the street, and plenty of restaurants and so on. I’ve attached a picture of the entrance, which is across the street from Tsim Sha Tsui subway station exit B. Walk down the hall, up the stairs to the elevator, and go to floor 11. Look for the Shine Inn sign to the left of the elevator. There is a phone at the entrance with the number to call to let the host know you’re there. The room is small but comfortable and clean. You can open the windows for fresh air and there’s an AC unit that cools it down nicely. I slept well and found it very convenient for getting around HK for a couple days.

The owner, an elderly gentleman, was very kind and thoughtfully introduced Hong Kong's local delicacies and transportation. The room was very clean, and the location was excellent. It's very close to Victoria Harbour and the Star Ferry. It's also just a ten-minute walk to China Ferry Terminal. The only downside is that it's located near a busy road, so the noise from cars and pedestrians was quite loud. Even with noise-cancelling headphones, I could still faintly hear the noise, but it's understandable given the prime location.

The room was decent, with two 1-meter beds that were quite comfortable for sleeping. The only minor issue was the bathroom's drainpipe, which wasn't working perfectly. We arrived at the hotel late at night, and the front desk staff handled our check-in seamlessly over the phone. The location is excellent; we walked to Victoria Harbour and the Avenue of Stars, and the next day, we also walked to the Hong Kong Palace Museum. There's a large HSBC bank right outside the hotel.

If you're on the bottom bunk, watch your head! A child playing forgot and bumped theirs. It's very clean and convenient, and the hotel owner is very kind. Right across the street is Red Tea Cafe, their pineapple bun with butter is delicious. The metro station makes it easy to get anywhere, though once you're in the station, you still have quite a walk, haha. It's super convenient for getting to the Avenue of Stars, Tsim Sha Tsui Ferry Pier, and Kowloon Park. Chungking Mansions is just a block away if you want to take pictures. Overall, it's a good stay! 😊

The owner of the accommodation was very kind and friendly and nice. He advised we on things they needed to know and be aware of. He tried to explain everything to us in detail so that we could enjoy our trip. The train station is right in front of the accommodation. It makes travel very convenient, and the bus stops are also nearby for many routes. There is a small 7-Eleven convenience store near the entrance to the accommodation. It's located near the famous Red Tea restaurant and it's near Best Mart 360, a place where you can buy a wide variety of snacks and souvenirs. just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and have complete amenities. Ideal for travelers who aren't focused on luxury and want to save money on trip.

The proprietor was very rude, constantly insisting I sit down on arrival, saying I don’t understand in Chinese, and acting overall very erratic and unfriendly/ unprofessional. The place is another cheaply subdivided flat, the bedding was clean, no cockroaches or hair, but the bathroom door was completely missing and had been replaced with a shower curtain. That’s pretty wrong for a room with two beds. The sink simply drained onto the floor, so if you brush your teeth, your feet get a coating of toothpaste too if you’re not careful. Air conditioning was sufficient, lights and fan all worked.. but do yourself a favour and spend just a little more to stay somewhere else.

Beyond its convenient location and good transport links, there's not much else positive to say. The room decor was basic, and the bathroom pipes were exposed! The 70-something-year-old man working there was like a strict dorm supervisor from my school days, with an average attitude and too many rules. It was an unpleasant stay.

Such a great night stay! Owner is lovely and able to give many recommendations, room is in the BEST location right by the station and in a good area, room is clean bed is very comfy. Very affordable!

We were given room no 107. The toilet was cramped 4x3 feet. Sink's dirty water spread in the centre of the bathroom floor. The room was too small. After reaching the 11th floor of the building you have to call the owner through the hand phone at the gate. After that you will get the digital key number to enter the flat and they will also inform the location from where you will get the room key.

This is my second time staying here, and it's my go-to whenever I'm on a business trip to Hong Kong. First off, the location is excellent – Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station Exit B1 is right downstairs, and there's an airport bus stop directly across the street. The hygiene is also top-notch. Plus, the owner is very friendly and welcoming.
