The location is fantastic – right in the heart of the action but still peaceful. There's a bus stop right outside, making it super easy to get to Tsim Sha Tsui and Sai Kung Pier. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was fully equipped, even with a balcony where you could see the boats at the yacht club. The only downsides were that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, and due to environmental reasons, they don't provide plastic amenities. They charged me 10 HKD for a toothbrush and toothpaste set.

not recommended legs of bed hurt my leg; corridors too tight & such legs should be protected blocked shower tray terrace room with a terrace and no seaview beyond no toothbrush no one picks up service calls and so we can’t get any toothbrushes noisy central air con that cannot be turned off i was planning to listen to the sound of the ocean but ended up sleeping in a mechanical plant room front desk made a mistake with the deposit pool was not open and guests were not notified the pool chair was poorly designed that the whole chair rocked backwards with my head hitting the floor a genuine disaster and what a waste of the wonderful location i should call to ask for a refund
