The front desk service was terrible. No smiles at all throughout. We arrived around 1 PM, and they didn't even bother to check if any rooms were available, insisting we wait until 3 PM. The room itself was very basic; they didn't even provide a bottle of water. I'd rather book a small room in an international chain hotel than this place. I regret it. The interior truly felt like an old, very simple apartment, and the TV was so old it couldn't cast anything.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The free shuttle bus was great too and we used it lots. Good location and lovely room. The mattress was quite hard though.

We brought the kids to Hong Kong Disneyland and decided to stay in Hong Kong for an extra two days. We chose this hotel because it perfectly accommodates four people, which was very convenient. With two separate rooms, we all slept comfortably without disturbing each other. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service, which is a great perk in Hong Kong. Even one star is too many; I absolutely do not recommend this hotel for families with infants or young children! We stayed here with our little one, and the hotel's hygiene was completely substandard. The room corners and bedding crevices were superficially cleaned, and there were so many bugs. Our baby's calves and the soles of their feet were covered in multiple insect bites, with large red swollen welts. The attached photos show the affected areas after being bitten. The child cried frequently at night due to the itching and couldn't sleep soundly all night.

Right next to the Hong Kong Coliseum. On the first day, it took a bit of time to get from the airport to the hotel by MTR, as we had to navigate through a shopping mall to find it. The apartment was good and hygiene was good. Air con in one of the rooms is not cool enough so the room was a bit stuffy. But overall experience is good and the location is very good as it is not difficult to walk to the Hung Home Station, but it does take some map reading, at least for me.

Very satisfied with my stay. The location isn't too remote, and the environment is excellent. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, which was perfect for staying with elderly family members – everyone was comfortable. Great value for money. Back in Hong Kong to visit my daughter, and Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees is still our top choice! A two-bedroom, one-living room apartment, around 60 square meters, for just over 700 HKD is an absolute steal in Hong Kong! The handsome guys at the front desk are always friendly and often thoughtfully upgrade our room. The living room has a huge window sill directly overlooking the Victoria Harbour sea view. It's quite enjoyable to watch TV while admiring the night view outside. Right outside the hotel is the promenade, where you'll see many people exercising or jogging in the morning or evening.
