The location is super convenient, but the building itself is a bit chaotic. The room was tiny, with just a bed, a small desk, a bathroom, and a mini-fridge. There's a common area with both hot and cold water available. The Hainanese auntie who checked us in was really enthusiastic and patiently explained everything. Didn't even stay there. At around 9 PM, I was walking around with my child, frantically searching for the hotel, but couldn't find it. The navigation led me to a building, and when I walked in, it felt like Kowloon Walled City, with a bunch of foreigners staring at us. It was terrifying; I was afraid of being robbed. I quickly grabbed my child and ran out. Luckily, I rebooked another hotel for over 2000 yuan. Trip.com was very helpful in communicating, but the hotel refused to make any allowances. They don't care about your safety; they just want their money. If you don't stay, it's less hassle for them to clean. Anyway, it was really bad. Avoid this place. I'd rather spend more money.
