True to its reputation as the world's number one hotel this year, I absolutely loved it. The service was impeccable, anticipating every need. I especially enjoyed the hotel's infinity pool; the views stretching endlessly, with all of Hong Kong laid out before you, are breathtaking. I'll always be a fan of the Rosewood.

My stay at the Rosewood Hong Kong was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the thoughtfulness and attention to detail that truly reflect a five-star hotel. I want to especially thank the gentleman at the concierge on the ground floor (sorry I didn’t catch his name) — he was incredibly warm and helpful, proactively assisted me with my luggage, and kindly guided me around with a friendly smile. His genuine and heartfelt service really left a deep impression on me! The room was, as always, comfortable, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a stunning view. The overall service standard was exceptional, making me feel completely at home. I’ll definitely choose Rosewood again on my next visit to Hong Kong! ❤️

Facilities: Well-equipped and functional, the gym is a great bonus. Hygiene: Didn't specifically verify, but generally clean. Environment: Excellent location, very convenient for getting around. Service: The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic.

The hotel has a great environment and is conveniently located by Victoria Harbour, making transportation easy. The lady at the front desk was very helpful; seeing we had a child, she even gave us two gifts and a free room upgrade. The restaurant downstairs also had delicious food!

The breakfast was pretty good, and I felt they used quality ingredients. The waffles were the best I've ever had, and the custard lava bun and yellow kiwi were also great. The location is excellent, right in Tsim Sha Tsui, facing Victoria Harbour, surrounded by the sea. The night view is absolutely stunning.

Overall, I was satisfied with the room. Pros: A pleasant surprise was having two showerheads, which means two people can shower at the same time, saving time. Cons: There were too many mirrors. I'm not sure if it's a feng shui issue, but it made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

This is my second stay at Rosewood, and for 6000 a night, the mini bar prices are outrageously high – 200 for a small juice and 75 for a Coke. That's a real turn-off. The toiletries in the bathroom are also very basic; the shampoo made my scalp itchy, and the entire line, including the soap, has no scent whatsoever. The afternoon tea is only good for photos; honestly, the pastries don't taste good at all. I got tired of them after just a few bites. Rosewood's pastry chef is really mediocre... The Chinese restaurant, however, tastes quite good, but you need to book in advance. The bar closes at midnight from Monday to Friday. Breakfast is quite lavish, and the service is pretty good!

This was my third stay at the Rosewood Hong Kong, and it was the first time I've encountered a room that smelled musty. Thankfully, after speaking with them, they were able to switch me to a room with a normal scent. Breakfast was excellent as always; they even gave me a box of chocolates as an apology for the slow waffle service. The lunch at The Legacy House was absolutely delicious, it definitely deserves more than one Michelin star.

The front desk made us feel welcome, and Darkside provided exceptional services. However, the 100HKD per small bottle of beer from the mini bar is a clear indication that the establishment doesn’t respect its customers, and someone has to pay what they’re told. Location and darkside bar made the most impression. Overall services is not up to the luxury hotel standard.
