The room was cleaned and tidied every day. A special shout-out to Yan Yan for her incredibly warm and polite service. I'll definitely stay here again; it truly lives up to its five-star rating! 🤩😀

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Mong Kok with direct MTR access. You don't have to worry about rain as it's connected to Langham Place via a skybridge. There are also plenty of small eateries and authentic local restaurants nearby, offering a fantastic dining experience.

Located near Mong Kok MTR station, it's very convenient for getting around. The room was decent, simple yet elegant.

Facilities: Decent, it's an old hotel and the facilities are a bit dated, but well-maintained. Cleanliness: Acceptable, good enough. Environment: The surrounding area is lively and has everything you need. Service: Service was average, not very prompt.

The overall layout of the room was very awkward, with limited space and crooked furniture. The whole setup felt strange, like the room was pieced together from leftover spaces or a corner conversion. They shouldn't be selling these oddly shaped rooms mixed in with normal ones; it really detracts from the guest experience.

The hotel is very well-maintained. I stayed here ten years ago, and it seems like nothing has changed. The room isn't huge, but the bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The hotel provides a complimentary bottle of filtered water, and you can also refill your water bottle on the L floor. Located on the 6th floor of Langham Place, it's quite convenient.

It was okay, but nothing special. The room rate doubled that day; I paid 2500 for a standard room. The pool is beautiful, but you have to take off your shoes just to look at it. There's no bench to sit on while you're doing that, and the pool staff just watched guests awkwardly struggle with their shoes, completely unhelpful and lacking any warmth.

The room was great for the location. We got a room upgrade on the day of check-in, and the night view from the room was really nice. The hotel is located inside a mall, with a subway interchange right downstairs, which is super convenient! After checking in, it felt familiar, and it wasn't until I went downstairs to hail a cab and saw this sculpture that I realized I had stayed at this very hotel over a decade ago when I visited Hong Kong. I think it used to be called Langham Place Hotel! What a coincidence.
