I booked this hotel last minute, and its location is fantastic, very convenient for getting around, right in the heart of Mong Kok. The hotel environment is good, and the service is quite nice. Overall, it offers decent value for money.

Hygiene: This was the most satisfying aspect. The cleaning staff can tidy up according to your personal needs, but some of the aunties are not Chinese and only speak English. You might need to use a translation app to communicate with them. Environment: Satisfactory. It meets the standards of a five-star hotel. Facilities: Satisfactory, and matches the price point. However, on rainy nights, because of the large glass windows, it can get a bit noisy. Service: The front desk service was okay. Even though their Mandarin wasn't great, they at least tried to speak it and were quite polite. However, the service on the street level clearly discriminated against Mandarin-speaking guests. There were many staff members standing there, but they only offered luggage assistance to English and Cantonese-speaking guests. I hope management pays attention to this.

Our stay was wonderful, and we're very satisfied. A special thank you to JOEY (from room 3515/3502) and ZOE (from room 3529) for their exceptional service. They were incredibly friendly and meticulous in their work. When a family member was feeling very unwell, they actively assisted us and checked in on us frequently, which made us feel incredibly cared for. Thank you! 🌸

Hygiene is a serious concern... had to call the lobby manager in the middle of the night to deal with cockroaches. The location, however, is quite good.

The room was clean and the service was excellent. The hotel's location is superb; you can basically reach Mong Kok MTR, the footbridge, and nearby malls without having to go outside. The view from the room was also great, unobstructed, offering a glimpse of Victoria Harbour.

The room was incredibly comfortable, and the bed was great too. The view was beautiful, and the air even smelled lovely. I personally felt this was a very high-value stay, and the experience was truly fantastic.

So happy! This time, I managed to buy the fruits I'd been craving at Yau Ma Tei Fruit Market, which is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient!!! Also, Eula specially reserved a table for us at breakfast this time, which made our meal extra enjoyable.
