The room layout is well-designed, clean, and the service is excellent. What's even better is its fantastic location. There are plenty of great restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel. It's also very close to the MTR station, with most attractions only one or two stops away. If you're visiting Hong Kong, I highly recommend considering this hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from Wan Chai MTR station. A 3-minute stroll south also takes you to the 'ding-ding' tram stop. The A11 Airport Express bus stop is nearby, and there are CTS buses to Shenzhen Bay Port from Wan Chai Station Exit B, making travel incredibly convenient. The hotel lobby is bright and clean. I initially booked a Deluxe Queen Room, but it had a strong musty smell. The next day, I asked the front desk to switch to an Executive Ocean View Room, which was larger, newer, and significantly more comfortable. The Executive Ocean View Rooms on floors 4 to 6 are newly renovated, while other floors feature older decor. Regardless of the floor, all room windows are sealed and cannot be opened. This means older rooms are more prone to mustiness, so I recommend opting for the newly renovated rooms if possible. The hotel's buffet was decent; I felt the variety wasn't as extensive as similar-tier buffets in mainland China, but it's probably worth over HKD 100 in Hong Kong. We also received two complimentary coffee vouchers, allowing us to get takeaway coffee from the buffet restaurant. Overall, the service was good. I would choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel boasts excellent transportation links, being just a short walk from Wan Chai MTR Station, the tram stop, and various bus stops. You can also easily walk to the Golden Bauhinia Square and Wan Chai Ferry Pier. If you're coming from the airport and aren't in a rush, I recommend taking Citybus E11; it's half the price of A11. Wan Chai itself is a well-connected area, making it easy to get anywhere. The facilities are comprehensive. The room includes a refrigerator, kettle, safe, hairdryer, and iron. The room size is quite reasonable for Hong Kong, and while the bed is a bit narrow, that's somewhat characteristic of Hong Kong hotels. The hotel doesn't offer adapter plugs for loan, but they do provide a USB multi-head charging cable. However, the USB charging speed is very slow, so I suggest bringing your own adapter. Another minor drawback is that the Wi-Fi is also a bit slow. Hygiene is satisfactory. Both the room and common areas are clean and tidy. The 'Outstanding Bay View' room type has been renovated and shows no obvious stains. We stayed for three days and experienced no skin allergies, which suggests there are no bed bugs. Additionally, the elevators require a room card swipe to access your floor, which adds to the security. The surroundings are convenient. There are many great restaurants in Wan Chai, though most require about a 5-minute walk. There are a few 'rich man's canteens' nearby if you have a generous budget and want to avoid walking. If you haven't bought the hotel breakfast and don't want to venture too far, you can go to Peninsula Seafood Restaurant on Lockhart Road for dim sum. It's better than the 'Jin Hui' restaurant recommended on some social media platforms, with good ambiance, hygiene, and daily special dim sum, making it quite a good deal.

The location is super convenient, situated in Wan Chai and very close to Chun Yeung Street, with lots of great food options nearby. It's easy to get anywhere in Hong Kong by MTR, and taking the bus to Shenzhen is also very convenient. For Hong Kong, where space is at a premium, the room size was quite good and it was very clean. They even provided two coffee vouchers. The hotel service was very thoughtful; after checking out, I forgot some clothes, and they kindly kept them for me.

Overall, it was decent, and I'd consider staying again. However, the service at the XX燒臘 (roast meat) tea restaurant not far from the hotel was terrible. The waitstaff clearly looked down on mainland Chinese people. A Qingdao beer, which costs at most 10 yuan on the mainland, was 45 yuan there, and they wouldn't even let us bring our own beer 🍺. Avoid this place.

This hotel is conveniently located near Wan Chai MTR station, just a short walk away. It's surrounded by many trendy cafes and Instagrammable spots, and also very close to the Immigration Department building, only a few minutes' walk if you have business there. The lobby has a lounge area with complimentary lemon water, black tea, and cucumber water. The lobby manager was very helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. They offer luggage storage and even assist with taxi bookings, which is a great service. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. I arrived in Hong Kong quite early in the morning and went to the hotel to see if I could check in. After a short wait, they had an available room and allowed me to check in early, around 11 am, which was fantastic! The room itself was super spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows. The location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby and close to the Wan Chai MTR station.

I absolutely have to highly recommend this hotel! I originally thought staying in Wan Chai was just for the convenience of transportation, but after actually staying here, I realized this location is truly perfect for anyone visiting Hong Kong for tourism or business. The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable; the housekeeping staff does an excellent job every day. The lobby and front desk staff are also very friendly and polite, making the entire stay very comfortable. The most commendable aspect is definitely the location. Transportation is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. There are plenty of leisure options and great food nearby. If you want to grab a drink or experience Hong Kong's nightlife, it's also very accessible. Especially for someone traveling to Hong Kong alone for business, I think this place is truly ideal. After work, if you want to eat, shop, or relax, you pretty much have everything at your fingertips. The only downside was that my stay coincided with a major exhibition in Hong Kong, causing the room rates to almost double for the latter part of my trip, which is why I unfortunately had to switch hotels. Otherwise, I genuinely would have stayed for a full week. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this stay, and I'm very grateful to all the hotel staff for their care over these past few days. The next time I visit Hong Kong, if the price is right, I will definitely prioritize staying here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located near both the Exhibition Centre MTR station and Wan Chai station. There are plenty of food options and bars downstairs, but the room was quiet as it faced an inner alley. The hotel also has a pool and gym on the third floor of the adjacent building. The only downside was the very simple breakfast, but at this price, you can't really complain too much.

Wan Chai district is super convenient, lots of local and international cuisine. Hotel is located 5mins walk from various entry points to MTR station. Beds are firm and comfortable, provided two pillow types - soft and firm. Sufficient luggage space. Clean bathrooms, supplied thick, fluffy towels, cans of water and toothbrushes. Glass door to bathroom has no lock and the glass feels slightly translucent when light is switched on. Housekeeper does brilliant job maintaining the cleanliness and is friendly. Check-in service is effortless and efficient.

Excellent location! It's a 10-minute walk to the Exhibition Centre (pic 1), a 10-minute walk to Tai Kwun (pic 2), and a 10-minute walk to Lee Tung Avenue (pic 3). Wanchai MTR station is also super close. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. The hotel's luggage storage felt very secure, and the room was clean and tidy.

This hotel is very close to Wanchai MTR station. After taking the cross-border bus directly to Wanchai MTR station, it's just a few minutes' walk away. Dining and shopping options nearby are very convenient. The room is spacious, making it a great value-for-money hotel. I was happy to get an upgraded room upon check-in. They provide two complimentary cans of drinking water, but remember to bring your own toothbrush and slippers as they are not provided. You can store your luggage after checking out.

This room type is on the top floor, so the soundproofing is decent. There were welcome fruits, and the hotel's location is easy to find, with many trams nearby, making transportation convenient. Overall, everything was quite good. The cleaning lady was very enthusiastic; she would proactively greet us and say hello. When we checked out, she even reminded us to make sure we had all our belongings and bid us a friendly farewell. I hope the cleaning lady gets a raise!

If you’re looking to stay close to good transport connections, the Wharney Hotel is really good for this. I got upgraded to an E-Plus double room so the view was great and it was very well-kept and spacious. There are cafes and restaurants all around and the Wan Chai station is a few mins walk away. The gym was also pretty good, it had a lot of equipment and enough space for several people.
