Regret anyone who goes there. It's truly awful. They claim to be part of Best Western, but honestly, it's not even as good as a Home Inn. The toilet was clogged, there were cockroaches, the bathtub had thick stains, the showerhead was broken, the AC unit was an ancient relic from decades ago, and the sheets were damp and worn out. I couldn't even tell what the dirty stuff on the wallpaper was, and the windows offered no soundproofing at all. The woman at the front desk even tried to falsely accuse me of wanting to hit her – how outrageous! I booked for two nights but had to leave early due to an emergency, and they wouldn't refund my money. This experience has completely shattered my perception of Hongkongers' integrity. Seriously, don't go there, you'll definitely regret it. After just one night, I broke out in a rash. I'm going to contact Ctrip and demand compensation from the hotel.

Exceeded expectations for the price! The service was incredibly attentive, and the location is super convenient with many well-known eateries downstairs. The Science and Technology Museum and the Museum are right across the street, and my child absolutely loved spending two days at the Science and Technology Museum. The negative reviews online are absolutely true! This hotel definitely doesn't meet four-star standards; the environment is simply awful! I actually hesitated for a long time before booking, thinking that a four-star hotel couldn't be that bad, right? But there were no triple rooms available anywhere else nearby, so I had no choice but to pick this one! The room was indeed small; our three suitcases, even with just one 20-inch one open, made it feel cramped. The breakfast was terrible, barely anything to eat – don't bother adding it, there are plenty of places to eat right around the corner. The bathroom light and fan couldn't be turned on separately; if you turned them on, it sounded like a leaf blower, which was really startling. The only upsides are its proximity to Nathan Road and the Red Tea Ice Room, and that the room was relatively quiet. I definitely won't be staying here again!

Excellent location but not modern, facilities pretty worn out actually. Bus stops just outside & shops all around. Very disappointing inside toilet: smelly shower curtain, ankle deep water after 5-min shower, dripping sound day & night from toilet tank. Points to note -- no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no face towels. But staff very friendly & helpful, especially the young man who came to change the smelly shower curtain. In spite of all the negative, the room is quite spacious. I guess we'll come again if good discounts continue.

The hotel felt a bit old, but the location is super convenient and the price is good. You can walk pretty much everywhere from here. Just a heads-up, I wouldn't recommend buying medicine next to the hotel; I found some fakes. Service was okay though.

Comfortable Stay in a Great Location We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Hotel Kowloon in Tsim Sha Tsui. One of the things we appreciated most was its convenient location—everything we needed was within easy reach, from restaurants and convenience stores to MTR stations and popular attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice place to rest after long days of exploring Hong Kong. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. What stood out to us was how easy it was to get around the city from the hotel. Whether we were heading to Disneyland, Victoria Harbour, or simply looking for good food nearby, the location made our trip much more enjoyable. Overall, Best Western Plus TST offered great value for money and served as the perfect home base for our Hong Kong adventure. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

The room clealiness should improved. Stay here for 5days and the breakfast are the same for everyday, very disappointed to add-on breakfast.
