Harbour Plaza Metropolis

Facing Victoria Harbour, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great natural light. The bedding is comfortable, the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and the water pressure is stable. High-speed WiFi is standard. The overall cleanliness is excellent, with thorough daily room cleaning. It's directly opposite the Hong Kong Coliseum and connected to the Fortune Metropolis shopping mall. Hung Hom MTR station is just a 2-3 minute walk away, making it a top choice for concert-goers.

The room was old and the service was very mediocre. There were 7-8 people at the front desk, and it took them over 10 minutes to process a simple laundry payment. Most hotels provide complimentary bottled water in the room, but here you have to pay $5 for a small bottle. (Tip: walk a bit further across the overpass to the convenience store in front of the MTR station for cheaper options.) The hotel restaurant food was very average and overpriced. I wouldn't recommend staying here if it weren't for its proximity to the Hong Kong Coliseum, making it convenient to walk back after a concert. Oh, I forgot to mention, they upgraded me to a small suite, but I can't give a better review because of that; it would be misleading for others.

My experience at Harbour Plaza Metropolis in Hong Kong Kowloon was absolutely superb! The front desk staff were incredibly warm, thoughtful, and friendly. They even gave me a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view suite, which was spacious and comfortable. The room was clean, tidy, and featured new, well-equipped facilities. The service was attentive and thorough, and the hotel's location is super convenient, allowing for a walk to the seaside. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Hong Kong. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Hung Hom MTR commercial area and close to the waterfront. It's super convenient for exploring Victoria Harbour and Central. Facilities: Some facilities, like certain kettles, feel a bit dated. Service: The front desk offers luggage storage, which is a nice touch! Hygiene: The lobby, rooms, and public areas are all very clean and tidy.

The hotel's location is excellent, the night view is fantastic, and transportation is very convenient. The facilities are a bit old, and the public areas have low ceilings. The swimming pool is currently under renovation. Service was a mixed bag; the young man who checked our luggage in the morning and the lady who did the turndown service in the evening were very friendly and even gave us a free room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated! However, the front desk lady at check-in had an indifferent attitude and didn't clearly explain things when we got our room key. When our room card stopped working, we had to go back down ourselves to get a replacement; she was quite cold and unwelcoming.

Excellent! It's rare to find such a spacious room in Hong Kong. Our room on the 10th floor had a balcony with a view of Victoria Harbour, and the pool was right below. The sea breeze was lovely. The room was clean and the shower was great. The location at Hung Hom Station is super convenient for both MTR and buses. There's also a shuttle bus to Tsim Sha Tsui every hour. Check-in was a bit slow and involved queuing, but the staff member I encountered was extremely friendly. Nearby, there's Mui Wah Ice Room, which is very popular but the service could be better.
