Best Western Hotel Causeway Bay Reviews

This is an older hotel, but the facilities have improved somewhat since my last stay. The biggest highlights are still the value for money and its excellent location. It's a ten-minute walk from the subway station, making it convenient to get anywhere. There are also plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby. If you don't mind older facilities, it's a very suitable place to stay when traveling.

Great location! It's a five-minute walk to Times Square from where the shuttle drops you off, and there are plenty of food options nearby. Causeway Bay MTR station is about a seven or eight-minute walk. For the price, it's really good value, even cheaper than hotels on the mainland. The bed is a bit small, but for Hong Kong where space is at a premium, it's perfectly fine. Slippers are provided, but remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

Better than expected, a really great experience! 👍 It was clean and tidy, the service was excellent, and there were lots of fun places nearby. My only minor gripe is that there isn't a gym; it would be perfect if I could get a workout in. I'd definitely choose to stay here again, haha.

Good condition and services Very clean and comfortable. Easy transportation for MTR, tunnel bus, So many Shopping centres and food centers All things are supplied enough in the room. Two receiptionists have good service manner. High efficiency and check in and out very fast, no queue here

Check in was smooth and fast. Few minutes away from subway station and major shopping district (causeway bay). Room was average, decent size. Air-conditioning wasnt comfty enough. Bed wasn't that comfty( 2 single beds put together that won't even stay in place if you move around). Bathroom was ok, but have that moldy smell especially the shower curtain.

The hotel rooms are high floors has a good view above. The room size is a bit small. But it’s enough to just stay an over night.

This hotel is located right next to Canal Road in Causeway Bay, near the famous Ngo Keng Kiu (Goose Neck Bridge) where 'villain hitting' takes place. The area is very lively, with plenty of options for food and shopping, making life very convenient. It's also very close to Times Square, just across Goose Neck Bridge, though it's not particularly close to the Causeway Bay MTR station. The guest rooms are extremely small, and the shower space in the bathroom is so tiny it makes showering very inconvenient. The towels and bath towels are old and not made of pure cotton, which makes them quite uncomfortable to use. There's also a stale, poorly ventilated smell in the room. Despite all this, it's a quiet stay with no disturbance from other guests. If you're traveling solo and prioritize convenience for exploring, this could be an option.

This hotel in Causeway Bay is a hidden gem when it comes to pricing, even cheaper than many hotels in Shenzhen. It's located near a wet market, so while the streets aren't the cleanest, it's super convenient for grabbing food and essentials. The biggest drawback is the air conditioning – it's incredibly loud, so light sleepers beware. It's a bit of a walk to the MTR station, but public buses are easily accessible. For airport transfers, the bus is more convenient than the MTR; the drop-off point is as shown in the picture, and the pick-up point is about a 10-minute walk from the COFCO Tower.

Oh man, this place was such great value for the view! We paid almost nothing in one of the most expensive cities in Asia and got a terrific view out of it! Being perfectly honest, I wasn't a big fan of the hotel's look and always having to take two elevators to get to my room, but I paid a certain price and this hotel delivered very well there. Even the breakfast was good and affordable.

This hotel in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong offers incredible value for money. The price is right, and the location is fantastic! There are tons of places to eat nearby, including many dai pai dongs and tea restaurants right downstairs. Times Square is also just a stone's throw away. The location couldn't be better. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The Location ist perfect, everything in Hong Kong ist easily accessable. There are a Lot of Restaurants and Shops around. The room was Clean and big enough, the room was Made Up every day. We would recommend this Hotel

I booked the sky villa. It has spectacular view. Not just you can see the famous horse race course in happy valley, but also you can see the Victoria harbour. Outdoor Jacuzzi is nice. The room itself is small and old. But the view can make up for the price.

The location is excellent just a short walk to the subway and close to a major bus stop with routes to many parts of the city. The area is surrounded by restaurants, so finding a late‑night meal is never a problem. The room is definitely worth the price; this is Hong Kong, after all, where space is a luxury. It was quiet, comfortable, and came with a nice view. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. I’ll definitely book here again on my next visit.

Room perfect for 1 or 2 slim people environment so silent near the local restaurant and not far from Time Square department store. Walking to subway may take 5-10 min.
