Good for visiting East Kowloon area. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Gym was not equipped well. Shuttle to the center of the Hong Kong was superb

I didn’t expect the corner room is so spacious. The bed is comfy not too soft or hard. I like the free shuttle bus to Kowloon station. The staff are all friendly.

Very close to Tseung Kwan O MTR station and also convenient for getting to HKUST. Shopping and dining are easily accessible. The service is good, the rooms are quite spacious, and luggage storage is available.

This is the most convenient hotel near HKUST, and I always stay here whenever I visit Hong Kong. This time, they left an even better impression on us. My child accidentally left behind a nearly full tube of facial cleanser when we checked out. We realized it was missing close to 11 PM. After my child contacted the hotel, they quickly replied saying they had found it and we were able to arrange a time to pick it up smoothly. Many thanks to the hotel. The sunset room was very spacious and had an excellent view too.
