Very dirty room, full of dust and bath very dirty. We complained and we were changed to a different room in similar conditions. Breakfast, the worst we ever had. Good location

Not to my expectation. Hotel a bit old unlike the picture seem. Location is near to star ferry but prefer to stay in other MTR if next time travel

Had a very pleasant stay in this hotel.
The family room is spacious and clean.
The 2 queen-size beds gave us a relaxing and comfortable sleep after a tiring adventure.
The location is near the restaurants, shops, avenue of stars, and accessible to MTR. If given the chance to go back to Hk, I would definitely book here again.
Special thanks to Sir Dennis Dulay, the asst manager, for helping us with our stay and shuttle service going to airport.. choosing regal kowloon hotel was a good decision :)

The hotel is good location near the MTR but the staff is not friendly at all I don't know why, is the nature of Hong Kong people? But if you work in the hospitality industry you must have more service mind. By the way, the towel is torn and has holes and the blanket has spots i don’t know if I provided the wrong information to clean the room does that mean just touching up the blanket and changing the towel? Normally if informed cleaning the room is have to do everything from vacuuming/changing the bed sheet and blanket to the shower room. I already informed the staff that the towel was torn has holes so she only accepted but I did not hear any sorry word from them.
