Hotel is showing its age but is nonetheless still a perfectly decent hotel. Location is unbeatable. Right next to the main shopping areas of Causeway Bay. Service staff and housekeeping are a gem but front desk staff are a bit indifferent. Overall a good stay.

Regal was very promising! It was strategically located in the heart of Causeway Bay. It’s near all the lights, sights, fun, food and games! I would definitely stay again! I would recommend to all my friends too! Keep it up! Cheers! Blessed be!🥂🙏😇

The room was big and clean. near causeway mtr. We booked triple sharing. The third bed was convert sofa bed. The beds was comfy. Have problem with outlet, only able to charge on the desk, we cant charge by the bed. They have paid shuttle from airport = hotel, but no ferry = hotel

a bit of a walking distance from Causeway Bay MTR, takes about 5 minutes. The gym is well maintained and good.
Room as usual for HK is a bit cramped

The hotel was quite nice. The staff was very helpful. They let us check in early. The gym was very good for a hotel gym and the swimming pool was very clean and nice. We had the breakfast buffet each day and the selection of food was very good and the quality was good. I would stay here again if I was planning to stay in Hong Kong island.

Was noisy due to the noise from outside. The view was bad (somewhere in the back of the hotel). We arrived in my husband birthday and asked them to arrange the room in a celebration mood or whatever is possible and they didn’t manage neither to let a card with a “happy birthday-day”. I was super said. Also we asked for transfer to hotel. They didn’t mention that is not free of charge and the schedule started at 7 which for us was not that good. Anyway we payed 220 local money and they left at 6.50 and manage to arrive in 40 min so was good.

Old hotel can not expect more. Location is good and close to MTR. The only downside is WiFi connections is not stable.
