This hotel is absolutely worth returning to! It's always my last stop whenever I'm in Hong Kong, and this time was no exception – it didn't disappoint. The environment and service are consistently excellent, maintaining a high standard. What truly impressed me was discovering after I got home that I had left my charging cable, plug, and adapter in the room. I didn't have high hopes of getting them back, but the front desk's Mr. Shen and concierges Louis and Larry were incredibly patient. They helped me locate everything meticulously and promptly arranged for shipping. Their efficiency was outstanding, and I'm truly grateful! The hotel's location is superb, just a stone's throw away from Hong Kong's largest outlet mall, making it super convenient for last-minute shopping. It's also on the way to the airport. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The location is a bit inconvenient if you're taking a taxi, and the bus to/from the airport is always packed. Plus, the hotel is located above a shopping mall, which was extremely inconvenient with luggage since there's no direct elevator to the hotel reception.

Early check-in made all the difference – perfect for transit stays! We had an early morning flight into Hong Kong, and we were so grateful that the hotel was able to accommodate an early check-in for us. It made a huge difference – we got some proper rest before our connecting travel, and it really turned our transit day into a relaxing one. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids – good enough for them to splash around and have fun. For the adults, the location is unbeatable. The outlet mall and dining options right downstairs are fantastic – shopping and eating couldn’t be more convenient. Highly recommended for families or anyone transiting through Hong Kong who needs comfort, convenience, and a bit of luxury. Will definitely stay again!

The location is fantastic, especially convenient for transportation. I took the S1 bus directly from the airport to right in front of the hotel. The entrance is next to the Paradise Dynasty restaurant in Citygate Outlets, essentially making it right above Tung Chung Station and Citygate. Shopping and transport are literally at your fingertips. Getting to Disneyland is also super easy.

I chose this hotel for its unique 'shooting' aesthetic. It's very conveniently located on the 3rd floor of Citygate Outlets, right next to the Tung Chung MTR station in Hong Kong. However, finding the 3rd floor for the first time can take some exploring. The hotel lobby, restaurant, and gym are all located on the 9th floor. There aren't many guest rooms, so the breakfast selection, while adequate and clean, isn't as extensive as what you'd find in a five-star hotel. Both the gym and bar are quite small. This hotel is a top choice if you're looking to buy discounted luxury goods. However, if you're attending a concert at AsiaWorld-Expo, a hotel closer to that venue would probably be more suitable.

We chose this hotel for a two-day trip to Disneyland. The location is super convenient. It's just one stop to Sunny Bay, then you can get to Disneyland, taking about 20-30 minutes. It was also very easy to get back after watching the fireworks. Right outside the hotel is an outlet mall. It's huge, but unfortunately, we've been twice and haven't had time to properly explore it. There are tons of food options! You don't even need to leave the hotel for plenty of choices, including the usual McDonald's and 7-Eleven. This time, we tried a Korean restaurant and a place called Que (highly recommended! So delicious 😋). The room was basic, but it offered great value for money! It was quite comfortable for two people, and the hygiene was also good.

This is a fantastic hotel! The soundproofing is excellent, making for a very quiet stay. The cleaning staff do a superb job. I found it interesting that due to Hong Kong hotels' eco-friendly initiatives, the bottled water comes in paper cartons. My child absolutely loved it here too!

The room is spacious and very quiet. Taxis can drop you off directly at the hotel's B1 level, then you go up to the 9th floor for check-in. The hotel's 3rd floor provides direct access to the outlet mall, though the mall opens a bit late, usually between 10-11 AM depending on the store.

!!! To anyone considering booking this hotel, STOP RIGHT NOW! This has been, without a doubt, my worst hotel stay in recent memory. The service quality was appalling, and the subsequent events made me wonder if the poor experience wasn't just due to a lack of service control, but also potentially malicious behavior from some staff members. I booked two rooms for one night for my family of five: one standard room and one family room. Both rooms were riddled with flaws. While I can overlook minor issues that don't affect usability, some problems presented genuine safety hazards. For instance, the floorboards were loose and warped, which could easily trip someone or even cause cuts if one wasn't careful. Within three hours of checking in, I discovered that the sensor light in the wardrobe was faulty and wouldn't turn off. I wanted to take a nap and called for maintenance to fix it. After waiting for 40 minutes and repeatedly calling to follow up, someone finally came up to fix it, stating it was a sensor malfunction. The last time I called the guest services center to chase them, no one even bothered to pick up the phone, and this was during normal working hours, not late at night. Around 9 PM, I realized one room was missing a duvet. I had clearly noted that the room was for two adults and one child, and upon check-in, there were only two duvets. I called guest services to request an additional duvet, and again, I waited for nearly 50 minutes. Despite calling repeatedly, there was no response. I ended up having to go to the front desk myself to get a duvet and carry it back to the room. The staff's incompetence was absolutely infuriating. After these continuous issues, I wrote an email to the hotel management and Accor customer service before going to bed to complain. The next day, things got even stranger. I received a quick, very formal response to my complaint email. Of course, I had stated in my email that I was just expressing my dissatisfaction, not seeking compensation, so I thought the unpleasantness was over. However, what was bizarre was that around 10 AM, after breakfast, I returned to my room to find both key cards had stopped working. I had to go to the front desk in person and ask someone to come up and open my room for me. I immediately asked the duty manager why my key cards had expired at 10 AM when my check-out time was 12 PM. When I reported this issue at the front desk, they couldn't simply reactivate the cards or issue new ones. The duty manager had to personally escort me to my room, open the door with his key, and then told me they would send the key cards up to me later. When I asked him why the key cards had expired when they should have still been valid, he simply replied, 'I'm not sure.' This inexplicable key card failure wasted 15 minutes of my time. Your staff surely knows that many guests here need to catch flights, and you also know that wasting people's time can cause a lot of trouble for them, right? But you just don't know why this happened, do you? Because both times I requested room service (beyond standard services), I 'coincidentally' encountered problems, and then the next day, my key cards 'coincidentally' failed, causing me minor inconveniences. So, I 'coincidentally' suspect that your employees not only have terrible service quality but are also somewhat malicious. Therefore, please avoid this terrible hotel and its potentially spiteful staff.

This hotel is located inside a shopping mall. The hotel entrance is on the third floor, and the front desk is on the ninth floor. The signs pointing to the hotel within the mall are mostly in English, and even the third-floor entrance only has English signs, making it a bit difficult to find the entrance. They provide complimentary daily toiletries (all made of wood and glue-free for environmental reasons; the mineral water also comes in a paper carton). The room door is quite heavy and a bit hard to push open. It's super close to Tung Chung MTR station. The hygiene is excellent, the windows are large, and the staff are very enthusiastic. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

Perfect for families! A thoughtful and warm birthday experience! The in-room jacuzzi was incredibly comfortable and great fun for the whole family! However, a minor drawback was that after playing in the water, it was very easy to get the entire room wet. It would be even more perfect if the anti-slip measures were a bit better. Also, the food selection at the executive lounge was a bit limited, which was a slight disappointment. But the biggest surprise was that the hotel knew it was someone's birthday and specially arranged a delicate small cake, which was incredibly thoughtful! Overall, I'm still very satisfied with the stay and highly recommend it to families!

This hotel is incredibly convenient for getting around. You can take the S1 or S56 bus directly from the airport for just 3.7 HKD. It's located right above Citygate Outlets. We couldn't find a direct elevator, but you can take the escalator to the 3rd floor, find Paradise Dynasty, and then take the small elevator next to it up to the 9th floor, which is the lobby! The room had a great view, was very clean, and the soundproofing was good too... though the door was a bit heavy, my child couldn't open it alone. An adult definitely needs to help push it. You can find everything you need downstairs – breakfast, snacks, late-night food, herbal tea, absolutely everything! It's also super convenient for going to downtown Hong Kong or Hong Kong Disneyland. If I had to pick a downside... I'd say the water pressure was a bit low, so showering wasn't as comfortable. But overall, it's the king of value for money in Hong Kong, highly recommend! 💕

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. The location is very good because it's next to a mall within walking distance. We had a room with an ocean view. Very happy with the stay.
