The room is quite spacious, and it's very close to Victoria Harbour. The MTR station is also nearby, making it convenient for getting around. However, there's no complimentary bottled water. The facilities are just average.

As a solo traveler, I chose this hotel and was very impressed with its cleanliness. The room was spotless and odor-free. The environment was quiet and peaceful, and the service was excellent. The facilities were well-maintained. My stay exceeded my expectations; it's conveniently located and offers great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent! The front desk staff was very kind; since my Visa debit card couldn't cover the deposit, they kindly waived it for us. The room was spacious with a fantastic view, offering a beautiful night view of Victoria Harbour. It was very clean. We bought the hotel's famous butterfly pastries, and as guests, we even got a 20% discount. All the hotel staff were lovely, always smiling, greeting us, and proactively opening doors. Very satisfied!

Booked this hotel for my daughter, and she absolutely raved about it! It's right next to K11, not far from Harbour City, and the subway station is nearby. The front desk service was excellent, and the room was spotless. Truly lives up to its reputation as a well-established hotel.

The hotel was great, exceeding our expectations and leaving us with wonderful memories of our trip to Hong Kong 🇭🇰. The transportation was incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw from the MTR and Victoria Harbour. Highly recommended.

To be honest, the view is fantastic, right by Victoria Harbour. They also accommodated my request for connecting rooms, and even waived the cash or card deposit since I wasn't fully prepared, which was very helpful. However, the room carpets felt quite dirty, and the facilities are showing their age. It's an old-school five-star hotel with a lot of history, but it falls short compared to modern standards.

The location is excellent, right outside the subway exit. It's just one stop from West Kowloon, and you can walk to Tsim Sha Tsui. Although it's an older hotel, the room facilities are a bit dated, but it's clean and hygienic with an 'old money' vibe. The front desk lady, Polly, upgraded our room for free, which made our stay very comfortable. Later, another front desk staff member in the evening helped us get a late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful! Plus, I discovered that the nearby parking lot offers overnight parking for only 98! For drivers coming from Guangdong, this hotel is a great option. I'm already planning to drive here next time.

The hotel's environment and location are really great. It's perfect for family trips, with a pool that the kids absolutely loved. The room size was also very good, and shopping and dining options nearby were super convenient. It's also very close to Victoria Harbour.
