The room was very old and had serious water leaks and mold. It smelled strongly of mildew. The front desk staff's attitude was so-so. Everyone, avoid this place!

We always stay here in Imperial Hotel whenever we are in HK due to its prime location. The staffs have been familiarized with us as we visit at least twice a year. We were always given a good room and our latest stay is the best that we had. We were given the highest floor with the overlooking view of the harbour. It is so pretty especially at night. As to housekeeping I can say u have to request this service as this is not normally done on a daily basis.

The room had severe mold, and there was construction happening upstairs and downstairs, making it very damp. I couldn't sleep at all last night. When I reported it to the front desk this morning, their attitude was terrible; they denied everything. I'm worried about my family's respiratory health due to the mold, so we're seeing a doctor today to get evidence, and I'm preparing to file a complaint with the Hong Kong health authorities.

Seriously, I've never stayed in such a terrible hotel. The staff were incredibly arrogant. The room was not only dirty but reeked of urine. As soon as I walked in, I went downstairs to check out because the smell was unbearable. However, the hotel refused to let me check out, saying I could switch rooms but not get a refund. My child also had a severe allergic reaction, and the hotel showed absolutely no concern. I'm speechless. I'm never coming back to Hong Kong.

This hotel is absolutely terrible. My friend and I were staying there, and twice at night, strangers tried to open our room door. It felt extremely unsafe. One time, they even managed to open the door, which startled both my friend and me awake. We strongly suspect it was hotel staff because we heard the sound of a key card being swiped to open the door. When we reported it to the front desk, they were completely unhelpful, acting as if they couldn't care less, telling us to 'go ahead and call the police.' They said they had 'other work to do' and weren't in a hurry to 'check the surveillance footage.' Everyone, please avoid this place at all costs! Do not book here! I've already called Ctrip to complain, but I haven't received any response, apology, or compensation. This is simply a rogue establishment! They can't even guarantee basic safety! The hotel is non-compliant, and the platform has failed in its duty! I hope this helps at least one person – seriously, do not stay here, or your personal safety and property won't be secure at all.

Great location ,helpful and friendly frontdesk led by manager Andrew . Breakfast was a wonderful surprise .

I've booked this hotel multiple times. It's very close to Victoria Harbour, making transportation super convenient, and the surrounding area is great for amenities. The room size is decent too. While the facilities are a bit dated, it still offers good value for money.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, super convenient. However, the facilities are really outdated; I was genuinely shocked when I first saw them. But they did upgrade my room for me, and after that, it was acceptable.

Price considered quite low among others in TST area. But the facilities and hotel interior are old. TV switched on not even 5mins will automatically switch off by itself. Air-con switched off still feel cold. Telephone was useless as I tried to call Reception, Housekeeping, Duty Manager for several times 2 days consecutively but no one answer. The water dripping nonstop in the toilet bowl. One of the shower room glass doors was missing, caused the whole bathroom was wet entirely. The wifi was unstable. "Machinery" noise in the room for 4 nights. Not recommend for high floor as the elevators only have 2, very slow. Check-out very fast. The staff one hand took over the keycard, another hand pointing at the exit door, without saying a word. The only key advantage is location, super convenient.

The Imperial Hotel Hong Kong has an unbeatable location! It's directly accessible from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Exit C1, with Harbour City and K11 Art Mall right downstairs – super convenient for shopping and dining. The room was clean and cozy, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed! The service was attentive and responsive to all requests. It's just a 5-minute walk to the Avenue of Stars and the Clock Tower, and the night views are absolutely stunning!
