The location is unbeatable, directly connected to Harbour City, making everything easily accessible. The room was clean and comfortable, the service professional and friendly, and the facilities complete. It's incredibly convenient for getting around. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

The location is superb, right by Harbour City and just a stone's throw from Victoria Harbour. We arrived from Zhuhai in the morning, around 11 AM, and were able to check-in early and store our luggage. We then immediately started our exploration of dining and shopping. Around 3 PM, I asked for our room number and was surprised with an upgrade! The room was super spacious, and the bathroom even had a shower. It also came with USB charging ports, so I didn't need to bring a power adapter. The bed was huge and very comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

Great location and excellent service, with a delicious breakfast. However, the room had a noticeable musty smell, and the lighting was very dim, with only warm yellow lights and no main overhead light, which felt a bit unsettling.

The location is fantastic, right at Canton Road Harbour City, and within walking distance to the Avenue of Stars. 1881 Heritage is just across the street. However, the facilities in the room are a bit old. The breakfast spread was very generous. Overall, for this price point, the location makes it worthwhile. I'd probably choose to stay here again.

The location is fantastic! It's right in Harbour City, offering great sea views, and you can easily access the Star Ferry and Avenue of Stars. The overall position is excellent. The pool is a bit small, and the gym is decent, nothing spectacular but gets the job done. The service was generally good.

The hygiene was acceptable, but the facilities were a bit old and the lighting was dim. The room layout was poor, with the toilet facing the bed, and mirrors everywhere. The laundry service was ridiculously expensive, costing a minimum of 88 RMB per item. The service and environment weren't any better than domestic hotels like Orange or Atour, and the staff even said, "There's nothing we can do, we're a five-star hotel after all." A five-star hotel should be judged by its environment, facilities, and service level, not just its price. This hotel is overpriced and doesn't deserve its five-star rating.

I went out during the day and when I returned to my room in the afternoon, I found someone else's e-cigarette in the room. First of all, e-cigarettes are strictly forbidden in Hong Kong, whether for carrying or smoking. And it wasn't mine, yet it was charging on my charger. I contacted the front desk and asked to speak to a manager to review the surveillance footage. The hotel's final response was that the cleaning staff's e-cigarette was charging on my charger while they were cleaning my room, and then they forgot to take it with them. This left me extremely dissatisfied. Even if it wasn't an outsider entering my room, hotel staff shouldn't be using a guest's personal belongings! The hotel manager offered to compensate me by changing my room. I booked a family room with two large beds as I was traveling to Hong Kong with my child. He actually suggested I move to a bigger room that only had one bed. How were my family of three supposed to sleep? Then he asked where I wanted to go after checking out the next day and offered to have the hotel car take me, but it was at a fixed time, 12:30 PM the next day. What kind of sincerity is that? In the end, I didn't accept any of his so-called compensation. When you're traveling, sometimes you just have to tolerate things, but I will never stay at this hotel again. I hope anyone who sees this review will also choose not to stay at this hotel.
