The hotel's location is super convenient, right in Tsim Sha Tsui. There are tons of great food options downstairs, plus a convenience store, and shopping is really easy. Luggage storage was also very convenient. Highly recommend!

Got a complimentary upgrade to a newly renovated room, which was fantastic. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and dining. It's been years since I've been to Hong Kong, and it brought back so many memories! I was lucky enough to catch the Leslie Cheung memorial exhibition, which was just a few minutes' walk away. I'd definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again on my next trip.

The location is excellent, with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment nearby. The area is lively at night, and many attractions are within walking distance. The front desk staff were very friendly and responsive; they immediately addressed any issues we raised. We were very satisfied and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of dining options nearby and convenient shopping. We could easily drop off our purchases at the hotel before heading out to eat or continue exploring. The hotel is also very close to the subway, making it easy to get anywhere. The newly renovated room was spacious enough. All in all, we were quite satisfied.

We enjoy the stay at the hotel. convenient location. Near lots breakfast, roasted meats, dessert and noodle shops. 7 eleven stores are located downstairs. Staffs were really helpful. MTR is about 10 mins away.
