Ramada Grand Tsim Sha Tsui

I stay in the Ramada Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui last night and checked in quite late, so i fall asleep around 3:00 AM. However, early in the morning and continuously until I checked out, the housekeeping staff kept knocking bangs on other doors, making loud noises while cleaning, and shouting yelling to each other in the hallway. I personally asked them to keep the noise down, but they completely ignored me and continued as if I had said nothing. When I checked out, I also reported the issue to the front desk. Their only response was a simple “sorry,” and they did not seem sincere or concerned about the situation at all. I am paying to stay at a hotel because I expect to be able to sleep and rest comfortably. I already reported this issue through Trip.com, and if necessary, I will also leave a detailed review on Google. We are paying around USD 100 for a room. We are not paying this amount of money to receive such miserable service. I do not care about excuses or what the staff personally think about the situation. I am paying for a service, and I expect to receive the level of service I paid for. Please take this complaint seriously, investigate what happened, and take the necessary action. Even in google people complain about many things!!
