Absolutely fabulous service. Upgraded me without prompting to the partial harbour view which had a stunning sunset view. A pity i didn't have time to swim, but if you come, please bring your swimmers the pool at 73rd floor is amazing. Room was cleaned twice a day; and when they couldn't (e.g. I had a DND sign), they left a message asking me to let them know if I needed anything. Asked for water, they brought 8 cans - not 1/2/3... but 8! Asked for a bag to help carry excess mooncakes and they brought a huge one. Really pleasant great service. They gave my friends welcome drink vouchers, and the Bar gave us complimentary nuts. Thank you!

The room was very nice and spacious. Although the breakfast didn't have as many options as the upstairs restaurant, it was still plentiful. It offers great value for money. The Ritz on Amex was too expensive, and I couldn't use the $300 credit for just one night. A night at the W was a good choice, and it's very convenient for getting around.

This is my first time giving a hotel a bad review. From check-in to check-out, the staff were cold and unwelcoming. I checked in at 5 PM, but my room wasn't ready, so I was forced to upgrade to a room with no view, let alone a sea view. The price simply doesn't match the service. Five-star bad review, avoid this hotel at all costs!!
