Traveling to Hong Kong with my child, this hotel offered great value for money and a 'home away from home' feeling. When checking out, the gentleman at the luggage storage was incredibly helpful, enthusiastically telling me the best way to get to Zhuhai, which was fantastic. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting anywhere. We often came back late after exploring, and it was lovely to find complimentary water and a universal adapter waiting for us in the room. I'll definitely be booking this hotel again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

Very convenient location and easy and concierge check in very fast , friendly service , very quiet and clean room . Is very important for business traveller for a good sleep . Highly recommends for this hotel and will stay the same hotel again .

When traveling to Hong Kong, Empire Hotel is my top choice – it's truly unbeatable for value. It's just one MTR stop from West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station to Tsim Sha Tsui. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping, with options like Mira Place, The ONE, Sasa, and Matsumoto Kiyoshi. Plus, the Cong Sao Dessert shop near the hotel is absolutely delicious!

The stay was really comfortable and offered great value for money. The staff were super friendly; I booked a queen room and they upgraded me to a sea-view room, which was awesome! 👍 The location is excellent, close to the MTR, and convenient for visiting Victoria Harbour and shopping.

Glad I made the right choice! I was so worried the night before in Shenzhen that I couldn't sleep, but when I arrived, I found the environment really nice. The room was clean and tidy, and it was great value for money 👍. The lobby also offers luggage storage, which is very convenient.

The room was very spacious. The front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a suite for free, which offered an amazing view of Victoria Harbour. My child and I were both very happy with it. The room even had fitness equipment, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with both a bathtub and a shower, which I really liked. For Hong Kong, where space is at a premium, getting a room for just over 600 a night is excellent value. I'm very satisfied.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with shops nearby and a subway station within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I'd definitely come back!

This place is super close to Tsim Sha Tsui, and you can easily walk to Victoria Harbour, Harbour City, and the Avenue of Stars. It's also not far from Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei. What I loved most about this place is that they provide universal power adapters, which is fantastic! Plus, there are direct Type-C and USB charging ports. Highly recommend!!

Traveling with family, the transportation here is very convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk from the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, like Chong Sao just next door. The extra bed was a camp bed, which was pretty good. For three people in space-constrained Hong Kong, it was quite decent. For afternoon tea, my favorite was the curry fish balls, and the chicken wings were also good. Service: The cleaning auntie was very kind. She noticed we had a lot of daily trash and even gave us an extra bin (*^ω^*)

The room was spacious and bright, making me feel right at home. The service was warm and attentive, and the location was super convenient with a supermarket, 7-Eleven, and many local restaurants right outside. It's also very close to the scenic spots.

I was shocked when I walked in. For 1500 a night, the room looked exactly like a small motel or guesthouse from the early 2000s. I have to admit, the afternoon tea was pretty good. Breakfast, however, was disappointing. The location is quite convenient, not too far from anywhere, and there are plenty of food options nearby. But the room's size and facilities were genuinely subpar.

Environment: Clean and comfortable. Service: A big shout-out to the front desk lady! She was so nice and upgraded our room when she saw I was with two small children. Other staff members also greeted us whenever they saw us.

This is my second stay here, and the location is excellent. It's super convenient to get anywhere, and there are several popular '网红店' (internet-famous shops) nearby. It's only about a 5-minute walk to the Science and Technology Museum, so overall, it's very convenient! The service was great; they even gave my daughter a chocolate when we checked out! Breakfast was abundant and delicious!
