Always choose EAST, and always will. The best quality is how quiet it is; the cleanliness and the breakfast on the first floor bring a sense of comfort and convenience to my business trips.

This time, the sea-view room didn't feel as comfortable as the twin room I had last time. The TV is right on the side of the bed, which is really awkward to watch. I bumped into the sharp corner of the bedside table right after checking in and my leg hurt for days. What's the point of this mysterious, dark, dagger-like design? Of course, everything else was as good as always, and I'll still choose this hotel for my next trip.

The weather wasn't great on the day we checked in, which unfortunately impacted the views, but luckily it cleared up on our last day and the sea view was stunning. Choosing a sea-view room was definitely the right decision. The hotel room was very spacious, feeling even larger than the advertised 28 square meters. With a large floor-to-ceiling window, you could enjoy the scenery right from your bed. While the decor isn't outdated, I'm not a fan of bathrooms with extensive glass walls these days; it feels a bit less private. The location is super convenient; the hotel's side entrance is right outside Exit D1 of Taikoo MTR station. Although the lobby is on the first floor, it's quite comfortable. It's really easy to get to Central, Sheung Wan, and Causeway Bay on the Island Line. We also visited Dragon's Back, Cape D'Aguilar, and Shek O; it's only two stops to Shau Kei Wan to catch the bus, which was incredibly convenient. Plus, the A12 bus to the airport is nearby, quick and easy, costing only 47 HKD.

This hotel is super convenient for families with kids! It's right next to Taikoo MTR Station D1 exit and connected to Cityplaza by a skybridge. The sea view from our room was fantastic too. But what really stood out was the staff – their service was incredibly thoughtful, warm, and their attitude was just exceptional. I also loved the hotel's decor; it's very artistic. And having a microwave in the room was a really practical touch. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong. Perfect! 😊😊😊

I've stayed at this hotel twice this year when visiting Hong Kong. Its location is fantastic, with easy access to transport. I really love the interior design and the music; it's totally my style. The rooftop bar is especially enjoyable, and there's a pool too.

Overall the hotel is good. Service is excellent. One thing was i head the loud dripping noise from the ceiling of the room at 3am on my last stay. They changed the room for me asap and arranged a very late check out for me and a complementary lunch and drinks for me.

Coming back to Hong Kong for business after more than 20 years, my friend arranged for me to stay on Hong Kong Island East. I searched online and this hotel, EAST Hong Kong, came up as the top result. The price was quite steep at 1700+ HKD, which felt a bit painful. I then checked out a few other hotels priced around 500-600 or 700-800 HKD. While the prices were good, they had all sorts of bad reviews. So, in the end, I bit the bullet and booked this one. To my surprise, I was extremely satisfied when I arrived. It's a five-star hotel with a very stylish design. There are lots of foreigners coming and going, giving it a high-end, sophisticated vibe. The transportation is super convenient, and the local food nearby is also excellent. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This was my first time bringing my child to stay in Hong Kong, and I was looking for safety, a good environment, and convenient transportation. This hotel met all those criteria! The Tai Koo MTR station exit is right at the hotel entrance, which is incredibly convenient! The environment is also nice, and most of the guests are business travelers from various countries.

I came to Hong Kong to fulfill a vow at Wong Tai Sin Temple, and the guy at the front desk upgraded me directly to the top-tier suite! The experience was absolutely incredible, and the photos I took were stunning. Thank you, Wong Tai Sin, and thank you, hotel staff! Hahahaha.

Extremely satisfied! This is one of the best value-for-money hotels I've stayed at in Hong Kong. The environment is clean and hygienic, and the location is excellent. The hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, which makes shopping incredibly convenient. Plus, the MTR station exit is right at the hotel, so transportation is super easy. The front desk service was also fantastic – very attentive and thoughtful. They even offer free luggage storage. Given its prime location, it's definitely great value for money.

I had a very satisfying stay! My colleague recommended this hotel for my business trip to Hong Kong, and it was incredibly convenient for getting around. The subway station is right outside the door. The staff were also very welcoming and enthusiastic. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel requires a 1500 RMB deposit. The bathroom has a three-way wet and dry separation. The pillows and bedding are just right – neither too soft nor too firm. There are electric curtains, a coffee machine, and a microwave. The king-size room is fully equipped. We stayed during Christmas, and on the evening of December 23rd, after returning to our room, we found that the hotel had left a small deer plushie as a gift; each room received a different one.

The hotel room was definitely spacious for Hong Kong standards, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with complete amenities. The transportation was excellent, right outside D1 exit of the MTR. Hong Kong's commercial scene is truly thriving, and the hotel's rooftop bar was quite popular. On the hotel's first floor (which we consider the second floor), there's a direct connection to Taikoo, offering a wide variety of dining options, with many people still eating at restaurants past 8 PM. The hotel also incorporated many design elements. My favorite was the elevator's decorative design; my family thought it looked like it was made from cut-up yoga mats of different colors.

Great location - MTR exit that leads directly to hotel. Short MTR ride to central. Easy access to airport via citybus 12A which is really quick and hassle free. City Plaza just next door. Great service from staff
