Crowne Plaza HONG KONG CAUSEWAY BAY by IHG

Located in the Causeway Bay shopping district, the hotel boasts an excellent location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It's also very close to the MTR station, and the tram and bus stops are right outside. My room had a fantastic view of the mountains and the Happy Valley Racecourse. There's a gym and a swimming pool on the top floor. Dining options in the vicinity are also very convenient.

The room was a bit smaller than it looked in the pictures, but for a Hong Kong hotel, it was actually quite spacious. The service was excellent; they even upgraded my room. The location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere.

Compared to other hotels in Hong Kong, the room was quite spacious. But the best part is its proximity to the Causeway Bay shopping district – it's super convenient! Just across the street, you'll find Times Square, Pak Sha Road, Hysan Place, and SOGO, all close by, with plenty of great food and entertainment options. For our two-day trip, we stayed entirely in Causeway Bay, and choosing this hotel was definitely the right call. It saved us from tired legs after shopping, no need to walk far or bother with the MTR. Plus, the lobby staff were really friendly. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time.

Getting from the airport to Causeway Bay by bus was super convenient. However, since I wasn't familiar with the hotel's location and most people I asked for directions weren't very clear, I ended up taking quite a few detours when I arrived, haha. Good thing the hotel service made me feel right at home! At check-in, the front desk upgraded my room, which was a pleasant surprise, especially in a place like Hong Kong where space is a premium. The room was spacious with a wide-open view outside; even on a rainy, cloudy day, the distant misty scenery was quite lovely. The room itself was clean, tidy, and comfortable. During my stay from the 1st to the 5th, the housekeeper on the 9th floor really stood out. I don't know her name, but she was responsible for cleaning my room every day, and she did an excellent job! 👍👍 This hotel isn't far from Causeway Bay or Times Square. It's in a quiet spot despite being in a bustling area, and transportation is very convenient.

For Hong Kong, the room was quite spacious. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. The facilities were decent, and the bathroom was also a good size. The transportation was incredibly convenient, with a 'Ding Ding' tram stop right outside the door. Taking the tram for a ride around town was a fun experience, like taking an old-fashioned bus. The surrounding area was also very lively, with plenty of restaurants and snack places, and shopping was easy. In short, it had everything you could ask for in terms of food, drink, and entertainment – pretty good overall. The only downside was having to pay for the two bottles of mineral water from the fridge, which felt a bit off. Other star-rated hotels usually provide complimentary mineral water. After a long journey, having a bottle of water as soon as you enter the room is often much needed, especially when it's hot. Having to pay for water like that just doesn't feel right.

Clean and hygienic, and quite spacious for Hong Kong standards. The location is superb, it's the best hotel in the Causeway Bay shopping district, within walking distance, and very close to the MTR. I personally verified that getting to the airport by MTR only takes 50 minutes. No more taxis for me in the future!

The room decor is a bit dated, but the overall service was excellent. Given Hong Kong's reputation for less-than-stellar service, chain hotels really deliver in this regard. The breakfast selection was decent, nothing spectacular, but those chicken wings at the executive lounge were absolutely amazing!!

Excellent location, but we got the room a bit late. The room was quite spacious with a lovely view.
