We have followed up with the front desk team to monitor the situation, strengthened our guidelines for handling unanswered calls, and coordinated with our telecommunications provider to address line and equipment issues to prevent similar incidents from recurring. Regarding the inability to promptly retrieve the items left behind during your stay, we apologize for our poor communication on the day of the incident. Going forward, we will optimize the notification and delivery process for lost and found, and provide clearer arrangements for collection and transfer when guests require it (such as concierge and driver coordination, courier delivery, etc.) to improve efficiency and convenience.
