The front desk service was excellent. They saw an elder with a child and even gave us a free room upgrade, which was really wonderful. We'll definitely stay here again next time. The location is also great, close to Harbour City.

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The front desk staff were welcoming and promptly delivered items. A special thanks to the staff who loaded our luggage in the rain. However, the soundproofing in the rooms could be better.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the Avenue of Stars and Victoria Harbour. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. They also proactively upgraded our room, and the toiletries were prepared for three people.

The hotel is located in the bustling area of Tsim Sha Tsui, just a 5-minute walk from MTR Exit P3. There are many restaurants nearby. I booked the cheapest room, and the size was decent; I could even open my 30-inch suitcase. The hairdryer, however, was a bit old-fashioned. Basic disposable toiletries were provided, there's a water dispenser next to the elevator, and you can borrow an umbrella for free in the lobby. Overall, it was pretty good.

The location is very convenient, and the service is good, with excellent hygiene and facilities. However, there were too many guests, and with the typhoon, the lobby was full with nowhere else to go. The front desk probably saw I was alone and gave me the smallest room. The window overlooked dilapidated buildings, and the sound of traffic was absent. But the window insulation was poor, so the rain was very loud, and the wall insulation wasn't great either, as I kept hearing noises, which led to a restless night.

Facilities: Simple and clean. Cleanliness: Tidied up very well every day. Environment: Great all around, very close to the subway, and lots of convenient dining options nearby. Service: Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic! Visiting Victoria Harbour, Disneyland, and Victoria Peak all became super easy because of the convenient subway access.
