Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West

Staying at this hotel during my business trip was an exceptional experience that exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, close to the subway and commercial center, making getting around very convenient. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and made the check-in process quick. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and good sound insulation, allowing me to get a peaceful rest after a busy day of work. A special shout-out to the spacious desk and high-speed Wi-Fi, which made handling documents seamless. The breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious. Overall, the value for money is incredible. It’s an outstanding choice for business travelers, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

We were upgraded to the Executive Floor with a sea view room this time. The room was spacious, though the bedside tables were a bit small and the desk lamp was oversized. There weren't enough power outlets in the room, but the bathroom was fully equipped. The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Staying during the off-season offered great value for money.

The hotel is located at Tsuen Wan West Station, which is quite convenient. There is a bus terminus downstairs with direct routes to the airport. The room was a high-floor double room and it was fantastic, with a pretty nice city view. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West is really going downhill these days. Both the hardware and the service are extremely subpar, and it's overpriced too. Poor cleanliness: The toilet smelled awful, and the flush lacked any power no matter how long you pressed it—it just trickled down slowly, requiring you to hold it down for ages. The toilet smelled terrible. Poor environment: Constant renovations going on; it was messy and very noisy. Poor facilities: This is the most crucial point! As soon as I entered the room, there was an overwhelmingly strong, very unpleasant musty smell. The hotel TV was moldy, the mirror was moldy, and the air conditioning was extremely loud; turning on the dehumidifier didn't help at all. I stayed for three days and worried it would damage my lungs. Clothes that I washed at the hotel still had this very strong, distinct musty odor when I brought them home... Poor service: There's basically no service to speak of, as everyone knows! Don't even think about checking in a minute before 3:00 PM; at 2:55 PM, they'll just tell you there are no rooms available! Then, right at 3:00 PM, rooms suddenly pop up!

I booked through Trip.com for a hotel in Hong Kong. The stay was good, and the service was quite satisfactory.

Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West is my go-to choice whenever I visit Hong Kong. Incredible value for money! It features remarkably spacious rooms for Hong Kong, and the two 1.5-meter queen beds are perfect for families. The high-floor floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic night views. Located right above the shopping mall, it's a one-stop destination for dining and shopping. Close to Tsuen Wan West Station, the transportation network is extremely convenient. With a full range of facilities including a swimming pool and gym, it's an ideal choice for transit or travel. Highly recommended!

The two beds are big enough and the room is spacious. The floor is quiet, and the cleanliness is top-notch! The only pity is that the lobby is under renovation!

I’ve only stayed in the high block before, but the low block is cheaper and offers better value for money. As always, the showerhead is fixed to the wall, so you have to adjust your angle when showering. Having three chairs in the room is a nice touch! The sea view is a full-on, frontal view—absolutely stunning.
