The room had two 1.5-meter double beds, leaving no space for a walkway. My suitcase could only be stored under the bed, which was very inconvenient for access. On the first night, I found bugs on the bed and dust in the bed seams. The bathroom also had a lot of mold stains. Cleanes,worth a price 🤪and we understand because it’s old hotel,and 5 star only for the location,service is fine they upgraded our room from superior room to family room 😊thank you.Amenities?😱🙈🤣my first time in a hotel they provided disposable towel.no toothbrush is acceptable,and 3in1 shampoo,conditioner and body wash 🙈and the tv on the other room just for display ,don’t complain it because we not really needed to watch tv,we just use the bed and the toilet 😁did not provide drinking water in the room,bring your own water bottle,have a kettle but don’t have a cup/glass for making our own coffee/tea.photo of the superior room we booked and photo of what we got after they say it’s upgraded,😊

At first, I was worried it might be one of those small guesthouses, but when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. This stay was excellent! The front desk service was superb; they even upgraded our room. All the staff members were incredibly enthusiastic. We had trouble understanding the navigation in Hong Kong, and the staff were incredibly patient and detailed in explaining the route to the stadium, giving us very clear directions. The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get to Kai Tak. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for future concerts. Highly recommended!
