This hotel is well located, but housekeeping services need to rise the bar, reception was good and helpful, the view is outstanding.

I can't believe there was human excrement on the bathroom wall. After checking out, I stored my luggage and went to the restroom on the first floor of the restaurant before heading to the airport. The restaurant staff's attitude was absolutely terrible. The hotel is a bit far from the subway station with a lot of stairs. It's close to the convention center, but other than that, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The room type is very comfortable, clean and cozy, with a great view outside the window. It's also convenient for getting around. All in all, highly recommended!

Excellent location with stunning sea views. The facilities are new, and the Victoria Harbour night view room is definitely worth booking!

Great location! We upgraded to a sea-view room and the view was absolutely stunning. The concierge and cleaning staff were very attentive. The only downside is that the room feels a bit old, the air conditioning is noisy, and the bedding could be better quality.

Terrible service and cleanliness. The room had black mold, damp smell. We asked for a dehumidfier since everything felt damp, service not provided. I had to ask for a pillow change as the smelled when i returned, no pillows had been changed. Only when i asked again did they finally change the pillows. No ironing board unless you ask. Water can only be bought. Dining area for breakfast is old, the seats look like the have not been changed in many years. The only good thing was the location, but i would recommend you avoid this hotel.

The room was fantastic, very spacious, and offered great views of Victoria Harbour. The front desk service was a bit slow during check-in. But overall, it's definitely worth staying, and the price is incredibly good value for money!

There are three 7-Elevens within a 500-meter walk, and it's very close to the bus stop. Wan Chai generally sees fewer tourists, and the Victoria Harbour night view from here is beautiful and peaceful. My room also had a view of Victoria Harbour.

Good location of the hotel and very close to Metro station. The people in the hotel is friendly na helpful. But the bottle of water is pretty expensive (1.5 L cost HKD 70) so better buy the water in the convenient store . No water , toothbrush and toothpaste available. Photo took outside hotel . Great location, very close to the convention center. The hotel offers good value for money, and the cleanliness is decent. Getting to the airport is quite convenient with the direct A11 bus.

The rooms bear little resemblance to the photos online; the cheaper ones face a wall, so you really need to pay extra for a sea view. It's very convenient for business trips as it's close to the convention center. However, it's quite a walk from the metro station, at least 10 minutes, and the 7-Eleven is also pretty far. The main issue is how incredibly damp the room was – the floor, clothes, and even the bathroom door felt constantly wet. The bathroom is tiny, like one on an airplane. The only upside was the really comfortable shower water.

Beautiful windows overlooking Victoria Harbour. The environment was clean, and the service was excellent. Breakfast offered a great variety. It was my first time in Hong Kong, and I spent a long time looking on Ctrip before booking this hotel. It definitely didn't disappoint – a fantastic, clean, and comfortable stay!

This sea-view hotel was a perfect experience! Opening the window revealed a vast, stunning ocean view that was fantastic for photos. The interior design was elegant, and the amenities were high quality, making for a quiet and relaxing stay. The location was excellent, making it convenient for getting around and exploring. The service also made us feel very comfortable. It's definitely a top choice for accommodation when visiting Hong Kong.
