Dorsett Mongkok Hong Kong

The hotel is located near Olympics Station (about 10mins walk from the nearest exit) which was a great place for us when we arrived late at night on our day of check in as it is located on the Tung Chung line. There are many stores just across the streets like eateries, bakeries, supermarket, convenient stores and even a macdonalds. The most convenient way to central mongkok is via their mini green buses. There's also a direct bus that goes to the mongkok east station. Great for travelling to Shenzhen for a day trip. The room is not very spacious but comfortable for 2. We're able to open 2 luggages on the floor at the same time. Shower pressure was great. They've also provided an empty glass bottle for us to collect drinking water from the dispenser located on certain floors so we don't have to buy water at all. The only downside is that they do not provide toothbrush/toothpastes but you're able to purchase them in the vending machine at the lobby for 1HKD. Overall we had a pleasant stay and will stay again for its strategic location near Mongkok area.

Nice hotel with great view from the room at higher levels. Neighbourhood is quite far away from the good restaurants. Also relatively far away from the metro station.

My regular hotel when I visit HK. Nice location as it’s only 7mins walk to Olympic MTR station and there are a lot of eateries around the place. The hotel provide free shuttle to the nearby shopping mall, MTR, Wong Kok etc. The hotel room is decent and the bed is very comfortable. The hot shower pressure is strong and it’s so nice after a full day of walking outside.

Located at Mong Kok and hotel have shuttle service to Mong Kok MRT. Hotel staff is good and very friendly, Do bring own toiletries as they are not provided. Eco Friendly. They will allow you to get it on second day through their vending machine

Beds were very comfortable. Close to good food choices. Walking distance to Mong kok and sham shui Po. We had a great stay. Will recommend and stay there again in the future.

I was expecting more from this hotel, especially based on the description and comments on Trip.com. It mentioned a transfer from the train station, but there was none. The room was small, and the toilet was extremely cramped. The AC had a moldy smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. Breakfast lacked variety and felt quite basic. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, an average experience.
