E Hotel Hong Kong

Spent Chinese New Year in Hong Kong this year. I already expected the hotel to be on the smaller side. It's super conveniently located less than 200 meters from the Sham Shui Po MTR exit, making it easy to get to Tsim Sha Tsui or Causeway Bay via the Tsuen Wan line. There are tons of authentic local eateries nearby; the famous Man Kee Cart Noodles is just a short walk downstairs, and there's a dessert shop packed with locals. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop viewing platform with great night views. We booked two rooms on different floors, and the staff were very thoughtful, giving us an extra key card so we could move between floors easily. All in all, I was really happy with this trip to Hong Kong; everyone we met was so friendly. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

I stayed here for one night while visiting Hong Kong. The location is pretty good, just a 5-minute walk from Sham Shui Po MTR station and about a 30-minute walk to West Kowloon Station. There are also plenty of affordable local eateries nearby, making it easy to find food. When I booked, I was a bit worried about the room size, but when I arrived, it wasn't as small as I expected; I could easily open my 24-inch suitcase. The bed, however, was quite compact. I arrived at 1 PM, and they allowed me to check in early since a room was available, which was fantastic! They also offer luggage storage after check-out. The front desk staff were very friendly. I'd definitely consider this place again for future trips.

The room was clean and tidy, equipped with a travel adapter, disposable slippers, and a disposable toothbrush. Coffee was provided, but no tea bags or complimentary bottled water. My child really liked the hotel, and there's also a terrace to enjoy the night view.

Cleanliness: The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights, and it was cleaned daily with disposable toiletries replaced. I even saw the staff meticulously cleaning the windows while resting in the lobby. Service: The staff had a great attitude. The front desk communicated well in Mandarin, and we could store our luggage for free. The hotel also offered free cancellation, which is quite rare and appreciated in Hong Kong! Location: It's located in a residential area in Sham Shui Po, very close to the MTR station. Hong Kong MTR stations aren't far apart, so it was only a couple of extra stops to get to tourist attractions each day, which was great. It was easy to manage luggage, and most importantly, there were many affordable local restaurants nearby. We happily had breakfast downstairs every morning, and the area felt safe. Facilities: The bathroom was spacious enough, which is great for family trips as it avoids awkwardness. The room was also large enough to open two suitcases. My only regret is that it's not very soundproof. You can hear cars from the road, so light sleepers might consider bringing earplugs, though this is quite common in Hong Kong hotels. We found it a bit hard to adjust the first night, but after walking around all day, we slept soundly every night after that.
