The location is the only real highlight of this accommodation. It’s excellent, with a Michelin-listed dumpling restaurant right downstairs and free drinking water available.
Unfortunately, everything else was rather disappointing. The bathroom is run-down, cleanliness was only average, and there was a lot of dust in the air — enough to trigger an allergy for my partner. Wi-Fi barely worked or was extremely unstable.
We were upgraded from a twin to a triple room, which was acceptable for two people, but a standard twin room would have been very tight even for two.
Overall, great location, but I would choose a different hotel next time.

Good value for the price. The room was generally clean, although the sheets were not changed at first, but the staff was responsive when we asked. The hotel is very well located in Hong Kong, right next to a metro station.

The hosted has very low English language education, we found insects in the room, cockroaches, diary room, several times we asked for cleaning, the photos in the “trip” are fake versus real . I wish trip can punish them and return party of my money, this hotel is a chatter management. I don’t recommend this place . Terrible

Is it the worst? No. But it's really depending on how much you are willing to lower your standard and settle because of the price, and it is not really very cheap. Ultimately, you're supposed to feel comfortable, but most of the time I feel disgusted, either by the bed bugs, dusts, dirts and cockroaches. I really want to believe in the good reviews more than the bad reviews, because the picture looks decent, but trust me, unless you're used to living in a slum, this is not the place you want to stay.

I love the place!
it’s at the center of TST! near a lot of restaurant, MTR, bus station and victoria harbour!
the room is big!!!! (I stayed somewhere before in Central with a much expensive price and yet this one is much worth the price)
with free water and nice owner!

A great tidy room and super convenient place.
It is pretty suit for the solo travel. The shuttle bus just down the floor. And the hot water is hot. With everything and the host is also very friendly.

The only good thing about this hotel is location. It is very close to a lot of attractions and public transport configuration is convenient. Chose it only if you stay for a night or two! The windows cannot be opened. When cleaning the room, they did not change my sheets and even towels. I asked for fresh ones and never got them. Also, small ants live in the room, but I think it's a common problem for hotels in old buildings in Hong Kong.

The worst place i’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my biggest enemy. The place is full of cockroaches, rats and very dirty in general. The location is nice but the building only has 1 elevator and no stairs. The elevator is always busy and there are very long waits when trying to get in and out of the room. DO NOT COME HERE
