The room didn't look like the pictures online. It was small and dirty. This room made me never want to visit Hong Kong again.

I think this capsule hotel is really good. Everyone was quiet, and the air conditioning was excellent. The shower rooms and toilets were clean. Downstairs, you'll find Haiphong Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, with plenty of food and drink options. The MTR is also right next door, making it perfect for solo travelers.

Worst that I have even stay. The air-conditioning is not working properly. The door of the dorm has to open all the time to let the fresh air or cool air in. But the dorm has over 20 beds. The time that I stay have over 15 person in the room. Air- conditioner is malfunctioning. The whole room feel like sauna. I couldn’t sleep for whole night. I booked for 2 nights. But I have to go after the first night. Basically wasted my money. The shower is dirty and somethings is broken. The bed and the mattress is not matched. The cover of the Quilt is broken. Communication with the staff even worst via the WhatsApp. When I call the staff, the staff is very rude and having a bad attitude and temper. Avoid this place at all costs.

You get what you pay for. I was trying to save money, but the accommodation experience was disappointing, and the cleanliness wasn't great. On the plus side, the location is excellent, right by the subway station, which is super convenient!

The room and bathroom are small, which matches the price. The best part is the great location near the MTR and the easy self check-in/out. However, cleanliness was a problem—one bed looked dirty, and the other had hair on the pillow. I used my T-shirt as a pillow cover. The towel smelled musty, so bring your own.The power outlet next to my bed made strange electrical noises, so I didn’t dare use it. Lastly, the room isn’t soundproof—you can hear music and conversations from the neighboring buildings until after 1 a.m. on both nights I stayed. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant stay for me.

Good place to stay. easy to find and direct next to metro of TST. The stuff was kindly and helpful. the only annoying thing was, that the toilet/shower room in my room had some bad smelling mold. hope they fix it soon.

Everything was good , but there is no one to help you if you needed ant help with something, everything is self service.. well i like it but somebody should be staying there as a secretary or security .. one day a Chinese woman ate inside the room of sleeping, unfortunately the smell was all over for the whole night .. and no one is around to warn her unless the cleaner whom she dint even listen to her .. the cleaner was nice kind girl she do her job perfectly..
