Best location! Only a few steps from Jordan MTR exit B1. Walking distance to Victoria Harbour. Convenient to take bus A21 or A22 to Airport directly for less than HKD40. Friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late and she was there to greet us since we informed her ahead. She still took time to explain to us about the free hot water dispenser and other operations we need to know. Very value for money. As expected the room is small. More ideal for solo traveller. The website should have given this c omplete address as shown on name card of the Manager: Flat K&L, 3/F, Huafeng Building also know as New Lucky House, 15 Jordan Road, Kowloon(Jordan Metro Station Exit B1)

Excellent location and friendly staff. The room provided was clean and comfortable. Hotel is literally few steps in front of Jordan station which is super convenient. Plenty of hot water and sufficient pressure for bath. I enjoyed the stay.

Excellent! Very clean and hygienic, and most importantly, no strange odors. I frequently visit Hong Kong and have stayed in many hotels in this area. I've tried all the hotels in the same price range, and this one is by far the best! I'll definitely be booking this one from now on.

Really great hotel, super clean, and the host (auntie) was very kind. She mentioned that she cleans everything herself, and it shows! The room even had openable windows, which was a huge plus!

Close to metro station, everyday housekeeping, close to 7/11, CircleK, restaurants, bakery and airport bus. Loud aircon and ventilation in the room, so it was not comfortable to sleep - eighter hot or with loud aircon. Staff merely speaking English. Quite ok bathroom, hot water anytime. Very similar to other budget hotels in Kowloon.

Close to Nanthan Rd. and West Kowloon Station. Extremaly small rooms, ugly building, not comfortable bed. It’s in the centre of Kowloon good for no more as one night

Always a pleasant surprise here! This time they've added a wardrobe and bedside tables, which makes storing luggage so much easier. The little hallway by the entrance has a washing machine, kettle, and hairdryer – super well-equipped. The owner is incredibly nice! 👍👍👍
