As the manager, I take the facility maintenance issues you mentioned very seriously and have recorded your feedback: Elevator Maintenance: The building's elevators are managed by the property management office. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the sudden malfunction, which required you to carry your luggage. We will continue to urge the building management to improve elevator maintenance. Room Facilities: Regarding the issues with the TV signal and toilet tank, this clearly does not meet our service standards. We have arranged for engineering personnel to conduct a comprehensive inspection and replacement to ensure that future guests do not encounter the same problem. Hygiene: We are pleased to hear that you appreciate our efforts in hygiene. Our bedding is indeed washed in-house to ensure cleanliness. We understand that the difference between a "homely" feeling and "poor service" is very thin. We will strive to improve facility maintenance and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more complete and "hotel-like" service experience in the future.
