Jordan Comfort Inn

Jordan Comfort Inn is so good. It is a budget friendly hotel. The Front desk Hongkong ladies are accomodating and kind, you can leave your luggages if you arrive there early. Just make sure to download google voice translate in playstore so you will understand each other. By the way I am a Filipino. The location is very good and not overcrowded. It has 3 elevator lifts. It very near to Jordan MTR station and to 7/11, and other cheap but amazing grocery store "Welcome" and KFC ( try the egg tart at KFC and you will love it) This hotel provide clean and comfortable bed, pillows and blankets, shampoo, liquid soap, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste ,blower for hair, drawer, hot/ cold water, Ac and tv with local stations and the drawer is equip with usb charging outlet. They also provide electronic card key for your room & you can bring it anywhere if you will go sight seeing and they have security guard in ground floor for you to be safe. They also change the towels and maintain cleanliness in your room. We will definitely come back again here. Thank You Jordan Comfort Inn and Trip.com :)

I wrote the greater part of my thoughts about Jordan Comfort Inn before, and while I mentioned the hotel is great for location and for the budget conscious travelers, it lacks a lot in customer service. For instance, it took me about 30 minutes to finally get checked in Monday evening, and yesterday, twice, other guests were outside the door, knocking to get in. I had to tell them what to do and I’m not an employee of the hotel. If staff is not expected to greet their guests, they should put up bold signage instructing guests how to check in. I was trying to relax for my last night in HK, it’s not my responsibility to do this. Otherwise, might I return in the future, possibly yes, but the room I had wouldn’t be suitable for more than one person. Small. But comfortable.

The location is great, near MTR Jordan station and bus stations. The original room that we booked was unavailable upon check-in but they have upgraded us to a larger room to make sure we're settled. They clean the room everyday, oral kits are replenished. Drinking water, microwave, etc. are available in the common area. The room is a bit small but with the price, it's reasonable.

Even though they rooms are small like all other hotels in Hong Kong, the space was totally enough for 2 people. Everything looks very neat, cozy and pretty much nee even before entering the room. The first thing yhat you'll notice is how clean everything is (unlike other hotels of the same type) thanks to amazing housekeepers, who were very friendly and helpful to all my needs! Our room was without the window and it was very quiet, so we slept like 2 babies😊 Only 1 thing, though. Make sure, you talk to the stuff in advance in case if you are over 190 cm tall (I am 187) - a bed in some of the rooms like ours can be short for you, so they could give you a room with a bit more space for your feet.

Surprisingly the cheapest and good value for your money you can ever get while in Hong Kong for business or for pleasure. The Boss is so kind to let me stay in 2 hours past the checkout time.

Clean room , Great Location , easy for shopping and foods , walking distance to Avenue of Stars. First not easy to find the hotel but you can ask local people to help.

A recipient was really helpful ! They just Renovated new floor for few room. Luckily I able to get it. It’s clean and new. But getting annoyed if another person speak loudly outside your room or next to ur room

Located very close to Jordan MTR station. The building seem abit rundown but we are lucky enough to stay in their newly renovated wing so the room was pretty clean. Once arrived, we have to proceed to level 2 for check in process, then the staff on duty will bring you to the designated room. They do provide basic amenities like towel, oral kits, reusable slippers, shampoo, drinking water at public area. Kettle and TV also available in the room. Most of the rooms do not have window but we are lucky to get a corner room which come with a window. The room is pretty small, but it worth the price that we paid especially in HK. A lot eateries and convenient store nearby to ensure that you’re stuffed. Recommended if you looking for budget/basic place to stay for few days!
