Very nice hotel. The only issue we had was that when we first arrived, the receptionist took quite a long time to process our check-in. They could definitely improve their service in that area.
We also got a room upgrade for a lower price (plus taxes), which was great. We enjoyed our stay even though it was short (from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) since we had to transfer to another hotel afterward.

Good location if your itinerary is ngong ping, disneyland and macau (via bus). Please note that they are not giving free water, toothbrushes etc. All with fee.

Rather basic, you can't really walk yk the MTr station but luckily the public shuttles (tickets 4HKD one way) are very frequent

Minimal effort to put into a room service clean up. Nice view of harbour. Late check in was helpful. Understaff of queue exceeding line to enter elevator. You have to pay extra to use amenities.

i am not just not happy that they even have complimentary drinking water . it’s so embarrassing when i called the reception for asking and ended up asking me to pay for it . i bought some in their grocery store but its far from my building .
