Overall, it's pretty good. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere, and there are many restaurants nearby. The room is quite spacious, which is rare for Hong Kong. There are very few cleaning and service staff, and no one is around after 6 PM. The front desk reception was decent and promptly resolved any issues. The bathroom has transparent glass with no shower curtain, which felt a bit awkward. If you have high expectations for service, I wouldn't recommend staying here. However, if you're looking for peace and quiet, a large room, and good value for money, then I would recommend it.

The surrounding area boasts excellent transportation access, with the subway and escalator nearby, and abundant, high-quality shopping options. The rooms were particularly spacious and comfortable, with complete amenities. Our family enjoyed a warm and comfortable vacation here. We would definitely stay here again! 🌸

Extremely bad. I rarely give bad reviews to hotels because I know everyone has a tough time. But this one is truly awful. First, the attitude is terrible. Not only is there no service, but everyone from the security guards to the front desk staff is incredibly rude. The front desk staff acted like they were living in the 90s, thinking they were superior to people in China. Second, the only room available is a king-size bed, but they ridiculously listed it as a double room! Internationally and domestically, the standard is either a king-size bed or a twin bed. They listed it as a double room – rubbish. It seems there's a reason why so many bad reviews are written here.
