No one was there when I arrived around 3pm check in time, had to call the number on the door and wait for the reception to come by.
I booked 4 nights and stayed 3. With 2 nights people were smoking INSIDE the corridor area and in the rooms within the premise, which had signs that say "STRICTLY NO SMOKING". Wish the property could impose fine on these people who blatantly flout the rules for no smoking indoors. The smoke kept me awake for a good hour in the middle of the night.
The reception lady was rather elderly but very friendly. Offered me towel, which I declined as I brought my own. Overall is good location, good value. For such guesthouse, the sound proofing is non existent.

The hotel is located in the Kingland Building in Mong Kok. The hotel aunt is very clean and doesn't wear shoes in the room. In addition, I would like to thank Ctrip for helping me solve some problems this time.
