Yes, I booked a twin room but I didn’t write the second person’s information. Then the business owner actually said that they would arrange for a stranger to live with me. I was shocked. The counter staff and the manager used the crawling white bugs as cotton wool, and wanted to destroy the corpse, saying that they couldn't see it because they had bad eyes. The overall experience is extremely poor, and I strongly recommend that you do not come to be wronged again.
