Four Points by Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung

Pros: The staff were all friendly and could communicate in Mandarin. The buffet dinner at 155 was great value for money. There's a shuttle service to and from the airport and Tung Chung MTR station. The room rate was also good value. Cons: Soundproofing wasn't great; I could hear noise from the hallway and planes taking off and landing. The air conditioning was a bit too cold. Overall, it's very good and the best choice near the airport. I would consider staying at Four Points by Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung again next time.

The rooms are clean and odor-free, and the breakfast is plentiful and convenient. There are dedicated shuttle buses to the exhibition center and the airport. I always stay here for business trips. The staff is patient, and guests speaking various languages have no problems.

Checked in on the 11th and checked out on the 12th. It wasn't until the 14th that I realized my wallet, cash, and cards were left behind at the hotel, taken out by my child. I called the hotel to confirm, and I've now retrieved them. Many thanks to the hotel staff for their attentiveness.

Stayed for 3 nights in a row, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations! The biggest surprise was the front desk proactively upgrading me to a sea-view room for free, allowing me to enjoy the scenery right from my window. The room was very clean, facilities were well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional; communication about any needs was very smooth. The location is also convenient for getting around. It was a very comfortable stay, highly recommended.

I chose a sea-view room at this hotel for an overnight layover in Hong Kong. The hotel's airport shuttle bus service is very convenient, running hourly and arriving punctually, getting you to and from the airport in 10-15 minutes. Right outside the hotel is a waterfront promenade, perfect for a stroll and enjoying the views. It's also easy to walk or take the hotel shuttle to Tung Chung MTR station for shopping and dining at the mall. The hotel staff were all very friendly and patient, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.

The view was splendid, overlooking the sea. Very beautiful scenery. The free shuttle from the airport to the hotel is really great, with time slots throughout the day. The staff are very attentive and speak good English.

The sea view room indeed had airplane ✈️ noise, but overall, it didn't bother us. Making good use of the shuttle bus saved us a lot of energy. Of course, as shared on Xiaohongshu, it only takes about 6-7 minutes to walk to Tung Chung Outlets (the entrance further from the MTR). The water dispenser on the first floor has warm water (genuinely warm water), which is great.

The hotel is by the sea, with a promenade nearby and snack restaurants across the street. There's a bar at night too, which is great.

The hotel was excellent. It's only a 10-minute walk from the subway station, and the staff were very friendly. We even got a free upgrade to a sea-view room. I'll definitely be staying here again next time.
