Four Points by Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Reviews

The environment is clean and hygienic, and it's close to the sea. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and a shuttle bus service to the subway station, which is very convenient. The subway station leads directly to the outlet mall, so you can shop till you drop! Breakfast is also very rich. It's definitely worth staying here.

Hotel provide shuttle service to MTR and Airport, is very convenient, staff was nice, Louis was very helpful, he presented excellent service to us, we enjoyed a wonderful stay experience in here, definitely we will be stay here if we visit again.

It's very clean. There's no bottled water, so bring your own thermos and refill it by the elevator. A bottle of mineral water from the vending machine downstairs costs HK$18, which is really expensive. The charging ports are USB, so you'll need to bring an adapter to charge your devices conveniently.

The room was clean and tidy, which was very convenient for traveling with children. There was a shuttle bus that we took from the airport, and we also used it for our round trip to Ngong Ping 360. There are restaurants near the hotel, and it was lovely to take the kids for a stroll around the area at night. We even visited a supermarket. The hotel's front desk service was excellent, and storing our luggage was very easy.

This hotel is super convenient for transfers and visiting Lantau Island, Tai O, and Ngong Ping. The rooms are clean and tidy, and there's a shuttle bus to Tung Chung MTR station and the airport. This is my second stay here, and it didn't disappoint at all. On the first day, the curtains didn't block out enough light, so the hotel promptly moved me to another room. They resolved the issue very efficiently.

I chose the most basic room facing the city and we were impressed. The room was clean, spacious for two guests and the design was quite modern. They also provided slippers, toothbrush, body wash etc. The location is amazing - 12 minutes from the airport. Also they offer free shuttle buses from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to Tung Chung station.

For Hong Kong, this hotel offers incredible value for money. It's super close to Disneyland, just two stops away, and they even have a free shuttle bus! Plus, the breakfast spread is varied and delicious. Definitely the king of value!

Location: Exiting Tung Chung MTR Station through Exit A and turning left, you'll find the bus stop. Walk about 30 meters along it, and you'll see the boarding point. Even though we visited during the off-season, there were still a lot of people, and the buses were mostly full. The driver will check your hotel booking when you board. The shuttle bus to the MTR runs every half hour and departs on time, so it's best to arrive early if you're in a hurry. It's a great option if you're going to Disneyland; the shuttle takes you to Tung Chung MTR Station, and then you transfer to the Disneyland Resort Line. The travel time isn't much longer than if you stayed at a Disneyland hotel. Hotel Environment: It's in the same building as the Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel, but check-in for both hotels is handled in separate lobbies. The lobby is very spacious, and the hotel restaurant is on the first floor. Check-in was efficient, and the service was good; checking in using Mandarin was no problem at all. No deposit was required. You need to use your room card to access the elevators, which is a great security feature. Room: The room was a bit larger than rooms in urban Hong Kong and very clean. The hotel provides a bed rail, though it's quite low, not much higher than the bed surface. We had to be a bit careful when our child was sleeping at night. The curtains don't block out light well; there are always gaps that let light through. I hope the hotel can improve this. Breakfast: The hotel breakfast was average. The restaurant for breakfast is large, and there were many diners. However, the variety wasn't extensive, and the taste was quite ordinary. If it costs a lot extra, you might want to reconsider. Directly opposite the hotel entrance, there's a cha chaan teng and a convenience store, so you could also have breakfast there. If you're traveling with a child, the hotel charges for breakfast for children aged 3 and above. You can get a discount if you purchase it at the front desk, but if you buy it on the same day, you'll pay full price. Some reviews mentioned that the front desk gives free children's breakfast. When I asked the hotel front desk, they said free breakfast for children is only offered for bookings made through Marriott's official channels and 'Fei Zhu' (Fliggy). Even with a Marriott membership, bookings through Ctrip do not qualify for a free children's breakfast. I ended up contacting Ctrip customer service for assistance, and I must commend Ctrip; they resolved the issue very quickly. Other: This is a good option for families with young children visiting Disneyland. The hotel overall is quite good. We also stayed at a Disneyland hotel, but even then, you need to take their shuttle bus from the Disneyland entrance to and from the hotel. Moreover, there are no dining options at Disneyland or near the Disneyland hotels; you can only eat inside the resort. Staying at this hotel allows you to easily stop by Citygate Outlets in Tung Chung for dining and shopping. It offers much better value for money, highly recommended!

The room was spacious with a lovely sea view from the window. The shuttle service to Tung Chung station was incredibly convenient, and it's only two MTR stops from Disneyland. There's also an airport shuttle. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the service is top-notch.

Service, hygiene, dining, and rooms were all excellent! Especially the luggage storage and the help with loading/unloading luggage at the car, which was very thoughtful, meticulous, and responsible! It would be perfect if there were bottled water provided in the rooms!

Excellent! The front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a sea-view room. The room was clean, and the toiletries were great. It's a very new and spacious room. There's some construction nearby, but rooms away from the noise and on higher floors are good. They also offer a shuttle bus to the airport and outlets. However, the hotel shuttle bus stop sign is really hard to find – I don't understand why all hotels use such small signs, and there are no directions whatsoever leading to it.

The hotel room was very new and clean, and I was given a room with a sea view. However, there were fewer flights to the airport, with only one bus per hour, so I couldn't have breakfast for my early morning flight. Everything else was great.

Though the bathroom been renovated, my partner and I have both bitten by bed bugs with lots of raised red dots on areas not covered by clothes. The mattress has not much support,  probably has not changed for some time. Whenever one person rolled, the other person felt the movement badly. The floor is carpeted.

The Four Points and Sheraton are in the same building. The room was clean, and it's very close and convenient to Tung Chung Citygate and AsiaWorld-Expo. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service and a complimentary shuttle to Tung Chung MTR Station.
