Great value! The host speaks Mandarin, which made communication very easy. The front desk staff was a foreign lady who only spoke English. You don't need to bring an international adapter here; there are two-prong outlets and USB charging ports available. Slippers, a hairdryer, disposable toothbrushes, and toilet paper are all provided, which is fantastic. It's located on the 10th floor of the Mirador Mansion.

Not a bad guest house to stay for a couple of days. The room has all the amenities, disposable tooth beads, shampoo, shower gel and towels (they are changed every day). But the room and toilet are very small, this must be taken into account when checking in.

You get what you pay for. On arrival there was no one around and I needed to contact trip.com. The room is tiny. As a couple, only one of us could be standing up and getting something out of our bag at a time. It was a very short bed as well, neither of us fit properly. I cannot stress enough how small the room is. I do think this is considered in the price though. The lift was also a problem at times as so many people try to use it that it errors and won't move. There are times that there is a considerable wait for a lift. There are plenty of pros. The location is perfect. There is free filtered water for guests. They are responsive to WeChat messages. It is affordable. The building felt relatively safe. There is a train station next door. Just manage your expectations, remind yourself that you paid very little for the stay, and hopefully you will have a good time.

Our stay at this hostel was an absolute lifesaver during our family trip to Hong Kong! The cleanliness is top-notch—the rooms were spotless and cleaned every single day, which we truly appreciated. On top of that, the location is incredibly strategic and close to everything we needed. The staff was friendly and made us feel very safe throughout our stay. Bad experience, a Filipina woman who manages the hostel is very unfriendly, rude and impolite. Check out time is 11, at 10 am they asked for the room key. Will never stay there again.

Before staying here I read a review where a guest questioned the regulatory department that approved this guesthouse, after staying I understand his reasons, the entire size of toilet/bathroom is less than 1m2, that makes it impossible for anyone over 175cm tall to use the toilet or have a bath in it. The room is clean, bed is short. Toilet is extremely tiny..

Absolut basic. Just a bed, about 165cm long. Very hard matress. Smell is a mixture of mold and cigarettes. The room looks like a prison. Cockroaches on the floor... There is no receptionist. The cleaning lady is very nice. Right in tsim sha tsui, but next time would stay in a different neighborhood.

It is a prison cell that you have to pay for. Smallest room I've ever seen in my life, and the bed is only good if your height is 4' 11" or less. The bathroom is so small it's almost hard to believe. I am quite thin, a fat person could not take a shower in there. I suppose if you're 20 years old and you are a backpacker then the place would be okay? But not if you are a partyer, because the elevator gets turned off at midnight and you can't get back into the building. So, if you've been a naughty person and deserve punishment, then you should go to this hotel and stay for a long time. Good luck.
