Given that the front desk staff noticed you had three adults and one child over 11 years old during your check-in, the hotel wants you to have a comfortable stay and clearly and kindly reminded you that our rooms can only accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child; exceeding this limit is not recommended. During check-in, the front desk carefully reminded you of the over-occupancy policy and hoped you would consider it carefully. The hotel does not wish to charge additional fees unless absolutely necessary, so as not to affect your stay experience. On the day of your stay, after understanding the hotel's policy, you declined the front desk's offer of a discount below the day's rate and ultimately chose to exceed the allowed number of guests, agreeing to pay a fee of 440 yuan. We apologize that this stay did not provide a satisfactory experience for you.
