From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Their genuine hospitality truly stood out throughout my visit, especially with the thoughtful touch of a birthday balloon as a gift for my celebration – it made the occasion even more special! The room itself was a sanctuary of comfort and style. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. And speaking of views, the hotel's pool area boasted a truly nice view, which added to the serene atmosphere. The hotel's facilities are also top-notch. The dining options offered a fantastic array of delicious choices, and the common areas were elegant and inviting. The room facilities matched the price point of the hotel. Ho Chi Minh City is beautiful, but the view from the room window wasn't as stunning as shown in the pictures, so I don't think it's necessary to book a sea-view room. As for the service, I'd only give it 3 stars. The staff's conversation made me quite uncomfortable, and their smiles seemed very fake. The hotel requires a 3000 deposit. Do many Chinese people carry credit cards or physical cards these days? Or much cash? Anyway, I don't; I only have WeChat Pay and Alipay. However, the deposit strictly requires a credit card or cash. After various discussions, they still told me to figure it out myself. Eventually, Ctrip intervened, and I was exempted from the deposit. The service felt like they were deliberately making things difficult for guests. I booked this hotel with a 2600 deposit, paid another 2600 upon arrival, and then there was a 3000 room deposit, which couldn't be paid via WeChat or Alipay. Is that customer-friendly? I suggest Ctrip prominently displays this information on the hotel's main page.

Came to Saigon's Xiamen Bay with my family, and this hotel seemed to be highly recommended everywhere. We booked a sea-view room, and the hotel is very new and beautiful, with fantastic views. The infinity pool on the top floor is great for photos, but just be aware of the opening hours – it closes at 6 PM. All the amenities in the room are complete, with complimentary disposable toiletries and slippers. The drinks in the mini-bar are free, and there's a coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, which are delicious. Breakfast is also very generous. For this price, the room size is considered large for a Hong Kong hotel. Upon arrival, someone enthusiastically helped with our luggage, and the cleaning staff were also very polite. The hotel's location is also very convenient, just a five-minute walk to the pier.
